I went yesterday to get work boots and the customer service was excellent. The lady (didn't catch her name) that assisted me was just lovely. I will definitely be back in there. Thank you so much!!

I was very pleased with the customer service I received yesterday while I shopped for new boots. I was pleasantly greeted when I entered the store which is refreshing. The men's boot selection offers a wide range of boots and accessories. There was a sale going on so I purchased a pair of Ariat Sport Herdsman boots. The young man assisting me was very nice, answering my questions and boxing up my new boots. I definitely recommend Battlefield Boots for a worthwhile visit.

This place was great. Went in like 2 or 3 weeks ago, Folks helped me for about 40 minutes trying to get the right boot. My right foot is kinda weird and both are wide but she was patient t and determined to help me. They were also great with my 3 yr old son who was with me. Awesome place and definitely would recommend .

Marquis is very knowledgeable about the features of various brands and how they "fit". I also appreciate the fact that I was not pestered and when I needed help he was available to get different sizes and answered and offered necessary information. I've been going here for almost 3 years and normally get Keen Boots or shoes that being said every brand fits differently so you should definetly try on a few brands and styles before making a final decision. One brand I have been curious about is Carolina boots and red wings did not see either here.Service 10/10Price 10/10Availability 10/10Brand Variety 9/10Business Hours 10/10

Awful service. I will never go back. You're 100% better off purchasing your brand of boots directly from the manufacturer to ensure you receive the proper customer service. Beware of this store.
