I had the pleasure of working with Kelly at the Amherst Street Truist branch, and I couldn't be more impressed. I brought her a complicated and stressful situation, but she handled it with remarkable professionalism and efficiency. Kelly quickly understood the issue, took the time to ensure every detail was addressed, and managed to resolve everything accurately and promptly. Her calm demeanor and thorough approach made the entire process much smoother. It's clear she’s highly skilled and dedicated to providing excellent service. Highly recommend her!

If you need a bank that’s gonna make you feel like you’re at home, go with Truist. Everytime I walk into this location they are the most welcoming people. Absolutely fantastic company to do your banking with. Even better branch at this location. Amazing staff.
