Grossly incompetent and slow staff
It took 15 minutes for the two desk workers to serve the two individuals in front of me (who both walked out empty-handed because of the gross incompetence of the staff)
In the individual who served me spent 15 minutes trying to find a self tapping bolt only to come back with the wrong size (despite writing down the bolt size I told him) and said he couldn’t go back and get the correct size because it would take him too long.
Makes it pretty obvious way these late middle aged individuals couldn’t find anywhere else to work other than advance auto

I stopped in the auto parts store looking for a tire valve extender. They have a large selection of parts. The people working there were very helpful. They actually had the part I was looking for, but it was too expensive. I ended up buying the part online for a fraction of the cost.

I stumbled across a Carquest on the other side of town, but they did not have the part in stock that I needed.I was sent here. It looks like an Advance on the outside, as it is slow to switch over from Carquest, which I like.The staff here was helpful and I was very happy they had my part. Since this is a warehouse store, they have lots and lots of parts in stock here.Overall, coming here proved to be a productive stop.On a separate positive note, they offer some automotive machine shop services at this location.As long as it keeps its Carquest roots, this is a real deal automotive parts store!
