The repair work performed on our 2018 Honda Accord Touring, restored our car to like new condition. We could not be more pleased. Ron Jardine, Connie and the JHCC team are #1 in customer service too.
UPDATE: the same side of the car I had repaired was hit by a deer only a month later. I took my car back to Joe Hudson's Collision Center and once again, they worked their magic and my car looks brand new. VERY SATISFIED with these folks!

People were nice, repair was done fairly quick but I’m not exactly sure I received the level of care a 5 star worthy facility would receive. My owners manual was crumpled and left in my back passenger floor board, my seats were left down and have dimples because of a box that was on the back seat. I’m not sure why my back seat needed to be put down for a bumper repair but hey I’m not the professional, the tech might not be either? But my car is fixed so that’s a plus.

Amazing customer service and communication. I received detailed texts and phone calls getting me updated through the process. When I picked up the car - it looked amazing and they also washed and vacuumed it on the inside and I was so happy to pick it up 5 days earlier than the estimate- so happy and appreciative of their service!
