My family and I have experienced deep church hurt and abuse from leadership in the past — pain that left scars and caused us to question the sincerity of those claiming to represent Christ. I know what unhealthy, prideful, and manipulative leadership looks like, because we lived through it. And it’s because of that history that I can so confidently say: this church is different. The integrity, humility, and Christlike love shown here have brought healing to wounds I thought would never close.

Through this church and through the faithful obedience of its leaders, Christ reached my heart and changed my life. For that, I will remain eternally grateful.”
