I went in to get help lowering my bill didn’t real or was told I was on the old Comcast program so my bill is almost 300 a month so they didn’t help and I asked if I could go back to my old program which was 265 dollars a month and they said no and I am a senior

Went in to the store to add TV service to my account so I wanted to bundle it with my internet. I asked Junior about bundling my services. He was having a little trouble getting me setup which is understandable. When he asked for help he stepped away from the computer and got straight on to his phone like it was more important. After every was finished his end you always have to go through the agreement process sent to you via text. We had to do this a few times first it was $221.05 then last time it was sent it was $245.10, I asked him about it and he did not respond “it’s just a estimate” he said. Come to find out he charged me for 2 TV box’s which I are $10.00 then deleted my unlimited internet data without my consent. I have went to this store for a second time an it’s always the representative Junior that I have issues with because he acts so careless. If you need assistance in store you’re better of going to the Xfinity store in Martinsburg, WV 20 miles away from this store. Because nobody seem like they actually want to help the customer. Luckily I called customer service they removed the extra box and brought to my attention my unlimited data plan was removed.

I’d go here before going to the local Verizon or ATT or Tmobile stores. This staff will find deals and promos to help not only new but even existing customers. They may get busy as the reviews say but the staff do care about their customers. The cellphone experience is cheaper and better than the competition.

I had to return equipment since I was dropping my cable services ( way too much $$ for lots of useless channels). When I got there the two technicians were with customers. My name was taken. An hour and a half later I was still waiting to simply drop off the equipment. The two technicians were still with the same clients . One was chatting away about his very right wing political views which I found both inappropriate and off putting. The third assistant who simply had to ask folks for their names was simply sitting, drinking a coffee. When she finally decided to start double checking folks waiting, I counted four other customers leave without being helped, she said to me oh I forgot you just had to drop off that. I’ll take care of it. That was one hour and 45 mins into my wait. That experience was unforgivable and whoever overseees that store needs to either fire the staff or be fired themselves.

It is one of the worst internet companies that exist, in order to install the wifi and cable I have to wait almost 3 weeks and they update the dates of the technician's visits as they see fit. It really is difficult and stressful to work with a company as incompetent as Xfinity is.

Everytime I go in it’s a different person. This last time I went in and stated what I needed help with they returned the equipment and just brushed me off. I just ended up leaving and calling customer care.

You cant get any issues resolved and never can talked to a person. When ever you need assistance they want you to text another person.

Actually rating 0 stars, I am so glad I don’t have services with Xfinity, I just got home from a long day at work & Thanks to your wonderful well trained technicians who came out for my neighbors placed that ugly a** orange cord around my yard to put under ground where I ALREADY HAD internet cables placed underneath now I don’t have internet for a week. Why?? Because another company can’t do their job correctly. Not Glofibers fault, not my fault but xfinity

It's impossible to get through to an actual agent if you call . The AI automatic services options are limited . I called 3 time and couldn't get through to an actual agent to help. I recommend not celling at its a defeating experience.

I don't know what to say, except that the service at the store was great. The reality of daily service was a problem. My cell from them was turning off permissions by itself, my games had to be started from the beginning, and it was very difficult to get a live agent on the phone! I'm still trying to figure out why. I'm also not happy that they wouldn't send my cell bill to me. I asked every time I spoke to them. Finally, got that taken care of.....I hope!

Admittedly, Xfinity Internet speed is fairly fast as they promise. However, I find their billing system to be poor, each month is a different figure for a different reason and the office staff in order to make a sale do not give the complete picture of what you are to pay, and when you make a query, staff is unable to give a satisfactory explanation for the various figures. I wouldn't recommend this company at all
