Actually rating 0 stars, I am so glad I don’t have services with Xfinity, I just got home from a long day at work & Thanks to your wonderful well trained technicians who came out for my neighbors placed that ugly a** orange cord around my yard to put under ground where I ALREADY HAD internet cables placed underneath now I don’t have internet for a week. Why?? Because another company can’t do their job correctly. Not Glofibers fault, not my fault but xfinity

It's impossible to get through to an actual agent if you call . The AI automatic services options are limited . I called 3 time and couldn't get through to an actual agent to help. I recommend not celling at its a defeating experience.

I don't know what to say, except that the service at the store was great. The reality of daily service was a problem. My cell from them was turning off permissions by itself, my games had to be started from the beginning, and it was very difficult to get a live agent on the phone! I'm still trying to figure out why. I'm also not happy that they wouldn't send my cell bill to me. I asked every time I spoke to them. Finally, got that taken care of.....I hope!

Admittedly, Xfinity Internet speed is fairly fast as they promise. However, I find their billing system to be poor, each month is a different figure for a different reason and the office staff in order to make a sale do not give the complete picture of what you are to pay, and when you make a query, staff is unable to give a satisfactory explanation for the various figures. I wouldn't recommend this company at all

We have been without internet for going on 2 days. We lost our network name and it seems the only answer is to reboot refresh and repeat. A live human was kind but reported never seeing this in 5 years and only did the same things. No appointment was made. No follow call happened. Can’t reach anyone without doing the same ridiculous cycle of rebooting because that’s all the online assistant knows to do.

Internet consistently was cutting in and out for the two years I had it. Customer support was unreachable. Cancelling your services online or over the phone is just about impossible but it took about a minute to do so in a store.

Short wait for service, but worth the wait! Both young men were helpful and were able me get in contact with the department of security to help address a huge issue. This was worth the trip over there, vs. the HOURS I WAS ON THE PHONE with absolutely NO RESOLVED issue. Thank you both for caring and addressing this issue.

I got in and out in 15 mins. I needed help changing my services, I was greeted when I walked in and immediately helped. I was given my new equipment and all the info I needed without any issues and the two gentlemen who helped me were very friendly and knew what they were doing. I highly recommend this store.

Was in the store 6/30 . The guy working behind the counter was by himself. He told me he was waiting on the DM to come in and help. I just want to say he had a store full of customers and he kept a cool head and was very professional. He gave me and the 2 customers before me excellent customer service.!! I had to give a shout out. Good job man!

Don't use Xfinity. It has extremely frustrating service and deceptive business practices. My internet cable was cut accidentally by a utility. When I asked them to replace it, the technician left the old cable spooled up in my backyard and the new one strewn through the middle. I asked them to call me when the new cable was being buried so that I could let them into my backyard. I don't have a fence gate.They assured me they would. Then, I was notified that the job was complete without receiving a call. I come home and find the cable still left behind. I called them immediately and was told that the job was still open, despite my earlier notification. I was then rushed off the phone. I was told to call back a few days later if it wasn't finished. It wasn't so I terminated my service and had to wait thirty minutes to finish the process. I also received a hidden rate hike at this time, after asking previously if my rates would change after two years. I was assured the price would remain the same for another year. Go with another company other Xfinity or Comcast, the service here is terrible.

This morning, a Xfinity technician just replaced the broken cable in my backyard. He is very professional, very helpful and very kind. After replaced the cable, he also helped me to check my Wifi issue. Now the internet ( and also Wifi) all works great in my home.Thanks Xfinity and this very professional and nice technician for your work well done.

I WAS IN THE WINCHESTER STORE MONDAY 6-3-23 ,AND A LINE OUT THE DOOR!!! EVERYONE WAS WORKING W/CUSTOMERS EXCEPT ONE GUY!!!!! HE WAS WORKING A CUSTOMER AND THE DOOR LINE!!!! HE HAD EVERYONE UNDER CONTROL. HIS NAME IS LIAM G. THIS GUY NEEDS TO BE THE STORE MANAGER OR TRAIN THE NEW !!! GIVE THIS GUY 10'S ACROSS THE BOARD AND A RAISE. THANK YOU LIAM. STORE # 52008

Horrendously frustrating! No use trying to get any help. All calling centers are in Asia. After monkeying for hours with the online assistant they finally allow you to get a call back from someone who greets you cheerfully as their "loyal and patient" customer which at that point you ARE NOT! My husband passed away and I've been trying for a year to change the account to my name and also tried to get cell phone service through Xfinity. Neither was accomplished after a week on the phone for hours. Nobody called back and I was getting no network signal. They use some of Verizon towers but not all so that's part if the problem I give up. Will just have to drive the 70 miles to the store and see if anything can be be done in person. Xfinity is infinitely annoying like a headache that wont go away. I suspect all other companies unfortunately are no better. We're doomed!

1 week of service, disconnected twice. All thanks to someone having comcast at another address I lived at. NOT IN MY NAME! THEY LITERALLY CANCELLED MY SERVICE BECAUSE OF SOMEONE ELSE AY ANOTHER ADDRESS because I was a contact.
