After shopping at day's end on a Sunday, left rear dead flat. They were able to slide me in before closing although unable to plug due to the size of whatever it was that got deep into the tire. Brandon was top flight.
Drove back to campground on donut spare and leaky front right with an 1815 Monday appointment for four new tires ... (front pair were original with 41.5k). Got a call that they could move me up to 1730 so I got there right on time.
Only four stars because the car finally started getting serviced at 1827, 12 minutes after the *original* appointment time.

I’m only giving one star because I have to in order to make this review.
I’m gonna give Costco a bad review. I went out to dinner tonight with my husband and we came out and my tire was almost flat on my new vehicle. I realize that it had a screw in the tire so I called Costco because they were the only people open and they said they could plug the tire so I get over to Costco I go inside. They make me pay upfront and said it would be about 30 minutes to an hour before we could get your car and then we were like oh OK that’s fine so then I get a call 10 minutes later while I’m shopping in the store and said oh we won’t be able to get your car until about 9 PM And I was like well I have no choice so I went ahead and let them do it . Well, they go to pull my car in at 9 PM and then they call me five minutes later and tell me that they can’t get the tire off because they have to have a special tool. They asked me if I knew where the special tool was and I was like well I’m not really sure because I just got the vehicle so she’s like well. We can’t do anything with it and I was like oh OK. Can you just put air in the tire and I could just get it home and I could deal with it later Because I do have a warranty on those tires and the rims because I paid extra when I bought the car so I go in to get my keys to my car and they refuse to give me my money back that I paid upfront for them not doing the job She said to me that well you paying us that money we’ll just take it as for us looking at your car, but my receipt stated otherwise that they plugged my tire so I will be calling the store tomorrow and talking to the manager about that because that’s not right they just took my money and didn’t even do the job. They didn’t even look for the tool because when I got home, I googled it and it told me where the tools and everything was for my vehicle, and I looked in my vehicle on there they were in the back trunk Where most people have all their stuff. This really irritates me because I waited over two hours for them to tell me that they couldn’t do my car. It was like it was towards the end of the night and they just didn’t wanna deal with it .

Costco policies make dealing with them very difficult. Two recent examples from my personal experience.
First - I ordered 4 tires online to be delivered and installed in the store. Next day they call and tell me the tires in the warehouse are too old so they can either try to order again and will probably get the same results, or cancel the order. The tires were apparently over 2 years old ok the warehouse. I've run tires that were well maintained and rotated correctly for over 5 years out in the elements, but they decide they can't sell them because of corporate policy.
Second - I picked up a screw in my tire so I removed it and put a plug in until I could get it repaired correctly. Called Costco and set up an appointment for a patch from the inside. Come in, they charge upfront so I paid, then they call me 20 minutes later staying they can't patch from the inside due to corporate policy. So if you're self sufficient and trying to provide the safest solution for your family, you're out of luck. No refund because they pulled it in and refused it.
You know who doesn't play these silly games? Sam's Club. They patch a tire from the inside (I've had it done on another tire within the past month in the exact same situation) and they didn't even charge. I didn't buy the tires from them. I put a plug in to get there. They just don't have their collective head in a space that is against the customer.

I wish I could give them negative stars. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. They don't follow the appointment schedule that they sign you up for. Manager not able to manage this operation.
I understand things happen, but if you as a manager of an operation encounter delays, your job as a manager is to communicate that so the customer can adjust.
Terrible experience.

I ordered my new Michelins and scheduled my appointment online with no problems. My tires arrived on time and install took 1 hour and 10 minutes with an appointment. The team members were very professional and couldn't have been nicer. Very smooth experience and saved a bunch of money over the dealer or local automotive shop. Would buy again from this location!

Do not recommend, the supervisor Eric stated he “didn’t want to lose his cool” and put his head in his hands for a second when being questioned about how random TPMS sensors were broken after we got the call that the car was ready to be picked up. We got a call half way through the service that one needed to be replaced, and were told the light would be off. Now we need to replace more and the car is parked out in the lot. Were they going to bring the car back in and we would have to wait another hour or could they have indicated they might all have to be replaced while the tires were off since they are the “professionals”. I understand things break, but they didn’t care about our time and lacked the foresight to determine common issues that occur with 13 year old vehicles.
Tires are great for the record.

Cheap tires for members, recommend to buy and get installed else where. Won't install unless you buy the exact speed rated tires they install from factory, but yet they will offer and sell you tires of a lesser speed rating for your car, then when they come in they pull your car in and then proceed to call you on the phone and tell you they cannot install because of said speed rating. The supervisor will get smart with you and curse you out on the phone but then not show his face when you come back to get your keys. Terrible customer service from the tire center.

Everything is great until I get to the register. Seems like the attitude change when you inform them you’re shopping for resale. Maybe you can work on simplifying that process. Your employees hate to do the necessary paperwork and it shows.

NOT KID FRIENDLY I don't think kids are allowed in this store at all, which is a bit strange. I let my oldest with my other two kids and they threw a fit just because I went to the bathroom quickly. I've never experienced that and I will no longer be going to this Costco. I can see why they have such bad reviews, manager is a lady who hates life, or maybe she just hates kids

This happened after everything was rung up;I forgot my check card and MY WIFE who has a joint bank account with me pulled her card out to pay and the cashier shouted at us and said "I can only take payment from the member". I tried to explain that she is my wife and we share the same account, but she started screaming for a supervisor. "I need a super" she screamed. She made us feel like we had done something wrong. "It's in the rule book". "We have new management" she said. The supervisor was no better, making us feel like criminals. I AM DONE WITH THE WINCHESTER COSTCO. My family spent over $9,000 last year. NOT SPENDING ANOTHER PENNY THERE. We were humiliated by the cashier and supervisor.

Holy smokes it was the most crowded parking lot I think I have ever seen. Like all Costco's it's huge it seems very popular and quite crowded.

Pro: big parking, self check out, food court. Con: price, only accept visa credit card. Living in Winchester this Costco was the closest so we decided to give this place a try. Parking lot is big. Same layout as any Costco you have been to before. Need membership card to enter and they only accept visa credit card. All in all, just an average place.

I will NEVER shop at this Costco ever again. My husband handed our card to cashier and then I went to put the credit card in the machine to pay. The cashier said that whoever showed the card had to be the one to pay...um WHAT?!? She said they were under new management and that was the rule. We walked out leaving our $200 worth of groceries behind. Never in my life have I heard of such a thing. This store needs new management and nicer cashiers!

In a day when our rights are being attacked everyday I hoped that costco wouldn't be an enemy. I've open carried a firearm in costco for years and have had no issue until today. Was told at the door I'd have to cover it or remove it. My respect for costco just went from 10 to 0. I get people are shot with firearms but they are also beat to death with hammers if I come in with a tool belt do I have to cover or remove it. People are killed with bare hands do I have to put mine in my pockets. Or is it the typical ohhhh guns are bad liberal idiocy.
