“I recently joined AFCU and within the first month I opened my account to find 3 overdraft charges. None of my transactions sent my account negative so of course I was upset. I emailed the company at 8:57am identifying my concerns. I received and email at 9:11 am stating the mistake had been corrected! I get mistakes happen, even the best companies make them, it's how you respond that separates. I am happy with AFCU, with banks being over regulated and almost completely automated it was nice to get a fast resolution.”

“Every time I have been here, everyone was very nice and helpful with the process whether it was for a deposit or if I needed them for a car loan they always tried to give me as much information as they could. Of course sometimes the lines here are crazy but that’s to be expected. Overall not a bad credit union.”
