I waited over 27 minutes on hold for the pharmacy to answer my call and finally hung up. My app is not working and they refuse to answer my call! I finally hung up as they most likely were hoping for. I had questions about my father’s prescriptions. He is 81. Caring for him and managing his health and prescriptions is a lot!! I needed to talk with a human being not a chat or app. Now, I look forward to driving 30 minutes to get there to ask a question. This will take away from him. Not everyone can use an app to get customer service. It concerns me for those who can’t simply call their pharmacy!! I myself work in customer service and either you are empathetic or not! They ARE NOT!!! Just wanted to help my father. Horrible customer service and I will be switching pharmacies and location. This is not but the 3rd time this has happened! Negative 10 stars!

Pharmacist couldn't even type my account number in the computer for Medicare to pay saying it was in incorrect number. I had to have Medicare call him and said he was not typing in the number correctly. Changing to another CVS here in town. If he can't type a number in , 5 times I was told correctly, I sure as heck don't want him filling my meds for hypertension and heart failure. Other RX helpers unfriendly and acted like you were bothering them. Husband had same bad vibe from pharmacist earlier when he picked up his Rx.

They're very helpful and proactive, asking me if I need a refill before I ask for one. On prescriptions that aren't covered, she (pharmacist) will try multiple discount cards to find the cheapest.Wonderful bunch

Love the male pharmacist. He's always helpful and remembers your names and meds. I hate it when he goes on vacation. Best pharmacists ever.

Some items on the after Christmas sale weren't posted and the cashier got the manager to help out right away Both were extremely and genuinely Friendly and helpful. Best CVS YET!
