They lose prescriptions all the time and can’t keep track of anything at the cvs on Amherst I have had 2 prescriptions lost in 2 weeks worst cvs to go to now my daughter has to suffer even more at two weeks old because of this place they need new workers ! They didn’t even have the medicine ready after 24 hours !

The Lead Pharmacist, Shawna, is the kindest and most professional pharmacist you could ask for. She's proactive about her regular customers' Rx needs, and she learns and greets everyone by name. CVS's prices are pretty much the highest of any pharmacy, but I keep going there because of the way she runs her pharmacy and staff.

I use to go here for years. The price was always different depending on who cashed you out. or had to remind them to use the coupon because at the time I didn't have insurance. Then my script was changed and they told me they didn't carry it and wouldn't order it for me. I also got insurance at that time. This CVS Pharmacy is completely disorganized. I have not had a single good experience here. My child’s prescription was dropped off today and was told it will be a 45 minute wait. Okay, no big deal. An hour later you go back and are told it will be at least another hour and 45 minutes. Considering half of their customers live 30 minutes or more away it’s a little more than a nuisance. All the texts they send and they can’t send one that says, “We’re sorry, but your prescription is going to take more than triple the time we quoted. Please don’t waste your time, gas or wear and tear on your vehicle. It’s probably best you come tomorrow or maybe the next day.”

The staff here cares enough to get to know you and they go out of their way to be helpful and provide information. They treat their customers with a smile and act like they actually like to work as opposed to just doing their job. I could go to a local pharmacy but choose to get my prescriptions sent here because of their staff and how fast they get things filled. Added bonus is shopping while I wait.

Stopped getting a medicine because the manufacturer stopped making it. The pharmacy made no attempt to get me a replacement prescription . Will never go back.
