Very efficient place to get meditation filled if you life close. I rarely go inside the store because it is expensive. I don’t like the coupon receipt that is several feet long. Always clean and well stocked for last minute items.

I am no longer using this location for its pharmacy services. They have long wait times, they didn't keep my scheduled covid test appointment, even though i followed all the protocol I understood to, and yet their current manager didn't even apologize to me when I ask politely if I could speak to him, after calmly waiting 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. He didn't even actually listen to what I had to say before he started speaking to me and trying to shut me down and have me move out of the drive-through, that's how it felt. He said \\\"I heard what happened, let me just tell you, it's not us.\\\" You didn't hear what happened, sir. You didn't even listen to me. You and your employee today didn't care, and you've now lost 3 customers for your location. Learn basic courtesy and active listening skills, and hopefully your pharmacy won't be closed from too many disgruntled customers you brush off. (who believe it or not, despite breaking down crying in front of you uncontrollably, to my embarrassment, were trying to give you the benefit of the doubt when voicing my confusion over why I still needed to provide a confirmation number to get a covid test (my phone will not power on so I didn't have a way to pull it up, and in the past at this same location I did not need one). If I had the luxury of time to complain to this pharmacy's store manager, or corporate, I might, but I wonder if it would make a difference. This review is for future customers so they don't waste their time trying to get ANYTHING from this pharmacy location. Hope it helps someone...

I am only reviewing the pharmacy part of the store, I have no issue with the other shopping area. The pharmacy SUCKS! Almost all the pharmacists are rude, angry people. They lie, they yell, they throw tantrums. They fill things I tell them specifically not too, and they lose, forget, or "have to order" the medicine I need. And I know they're lying. I have the same prescription filled at the same CVS, at the same time, on the same day, every month. And sometimes they tell me they don't have the medicine, they need to order it, that they never carry it and always have to order it. "You didn't say that last month." Too bad. Ask a different pharmacist, "of course we carry it, always have." Next one, no we never have it. And so on... They get so pissed if you ever ask any question. They gave me the wrong birth control once, and when I asked about it they said the company closed and this new medicine is the exact same. The company never closed, they just stopped carrying it and lied. I then went to make sure it was the same thing, not like the same, not close, the exact same. If it is in anyway possibly minutely different I will get my period, and it will probably kill me. I made that very clear, and they lied. Then they lied again, and then again. I made the mistake of just believing them. When I started getting dizzy and out of it, I knew something was wrong, so I called just to ask AGIAN. No blame, no anger, nothing but fear that I could die, and they lied again. I told them I could die, and if this birth control was at all even a little different, I need to do something or go to the hospital. They just kept lying! Not surprisingly it was a different pill, it did give me my period, I lost too much blood. I was about to get a blood transfusion. Is in the ER twice. My heart rate went to 25. I almost died twice because they just wouldn't stop lying. 2 months later I'm back on my old pill, and they refuse to fill my prescription until days after I run out because my doctor writes for me to skip the last week of the low dose pills, because otherwise I will get my period, and might die. My doctor even spent an hour on the phone with them telling them how she wrote the script and the medical necessity, and they hung up on her. My pharmacy tried to kill me, and now they're trying to do it again!

It's got a Redbox on the outside of the building, it's got all the products and amenities as any other CVS store, it's never been busy when I have been there, it's clean and well stocked and it's associates are are friendly and greet you upon entering even if they are behind the counter.
