Expensive!! However, I followed through with my purchase because of how amazing Sandy was throughout my phone call ordering experience. A family member went through a traumatic experience today. I'm at home, sick, so obviously can't do much. Great experience. Thank you, Sandy. It hasn't been delivered yet, but I'm sure she will love it.

Don't do it! All the negative reviews are spot on. Didn't deliver at all and would not answer the phone so I could get a refund. Had to drive to the store in order to get a refund.

I was out of town and decided to surprise my wife on Valentine's Day with an edible arrangement. I ordered the arrangement on 21 January expecting that was early enough to ensure a same-day delivery. The 14th of February came and went with no delivery. On the 14th I tried to call the establishment and was caught in a never-ending phone loop and never talked to a real person. I also left several messages to inquire as to why my delivery did not happen on time. My daughter even showed up the next morning at 0800, when their hours online were posted and no one was there. She came back at 0900 and the only people in the shop were the delivery drivers who took her information and promised someone would get back to her. The delivery did finally happen but not till 1730 the next evening, we were lucky someone was home. Still have never heard from the establishment and this will be the last time I order an arrangement. Very poor customer relations.

I placed an order for a Valentine’s Day delivery on 2/11/2024 (days in advance) for dipped chocolates and cheese cake. It is now 11 am 2/15 and i still have not received my order or been Contacted to advise of the issue or when I should expect the order that I paid additional for delivery. I have called the shop multiple times, submitted an inquiry form and still nothing. I am a very reasonable person and understand things happen.. all I ask for is communication. This is my first time ordering from Edible arrangements and unfortunately would not recommend.

I ordered for Valentines Day 2024. My bouquet never arrived and the website said it was never even made! Now, 2/15, I can't get in touch with ANYONE, local or corporate, to get my $112 back! Thanks for ruining Valentines Day!

If I could give zero stars I would, I placed an order almost 2 weeks prior to Valentine’s Day and it’s 7pm and my order still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve sent several messages through the website, called and stayed on hold for 30mins multiple times, and left 2 messages with no response. I understand today can be a hectic day for businesses like this but, not reaching out to me after all my attempts is ridiculous. I will never use this business ever again! I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s Valentine’s Day you ruined.

My delivery was supposed to be delivered on 2/5/2024, but due to unforeseen circumstances it couldn’t.Talked with Ashley this morning and asked if it could be delivered tomorrow and she said yes and that she would remake the order for me. Thank you so much.

I want to give a huge Shoutout to Ashley the store manger who went above her job to help me. I lost my voice, unlike other people she was kind and patience with me. She understood and even excused her background noise as if me loosing my voice was her fault. We need more of Ashely working in customer service. I appreciate you so much thank you ?

I ordered the Holly Jolly fruit arrangement for my holiday party. Not only did it look good, but it tasted good. The manager, Ashley, was terrific! She is very friendly, professional, and helpful. I will DEFINITELY order from her again!

A little late. Back in August I had an order put in for my Anniversary. I have since forgotten the managers name, but im telling you. She was so polite and personable, it gave me complete confidence in buying. No reason at all she took direct care of my order. Again never asked, she just did. Products are always greats. I just enjoyed my experience and my wife loved her Anniversary gift. Thank you!

I was sent a beautiful arrangement but it didn’t have a sender name. I called the store and the very friendly manager, Ashley, said she would reach out to the sender to see if it was ok for me to know. That is so thoughtful for those who wish to remain anonymous in this situation! Not to mention she herself made our arrangement. Thank you, Ashley!
