I'll give my delivery 2 stars because my package was early. Normally that wouldn't be a complaint, but they sent me several emails with conflicting dates, and I wanted to be there so I could let them in to bring my appliance into my kitchen. I received a phone call only after they had dropped it off like a ton of bricks on my back porch. I had no way to move it inside. And when I asked them to comeback they said it would have to be a different day. I would have liked a phone call- BEFORE the delivery.

I hate the idea of only writing reviews when things go wrong, but people should honestly know what a truly horrible company this - no joke or exaggeration. I ordered a product through Home Depot and had to use Estes for delivery. The product is going on two weeks late with absolutely zero communication to me from the company. I have called every day to ask for updates, so many times in fact that Estes knows me by name at the customer service desk. Deliveries are there primary business, yet asking for updates or for the delivery window is too much for them to handle. They have lied to me, hung up on me and failed at every turn. Even at the time of writing this, I remain unsure if I will ever get the product I purchased. Please listen when I tell you to avoid this company at all cost. I plan on filing a compliant with Home Depot as well to inform them of their poor choice in delivery partners.

Worst delivery service I have ever dealt with all the way down to them not being able to schedule my cabinetry indefinitely. What?! They have had my cabinets since last week and when I called today for the 6th time, I was put on hold for 15 minutes for them to tell me they had no timeframe, nor their address for me to pick them up or the direct contact for the delivery guy she was talking to. She could only send them an email. Um, I have a kitchen remodel that needs cabinets and I simply can't get an answer on when!!

Absolutely horrible company. I was supposed to receive my shipment on the 8th. Here we are on the 23rd. Still no shipment and they have no idea when I will be receiving. Everyone you speak to has a chip on their shoulder and don’t really care if you do or do not receive your shipment. Use UPS, FedEX or USPS if you want a reliable shipment.

Good communication. Even with the driver and employee shortages right now, it was still fast delivery in my opinion. Great job!

Yannah and Gary are 100%, correct with their reviews. Estes customer service people are horribly rude. They do not care about their customers at all. I was expecting a package and when I call them I was told it will be deliver on Monday, Monday evening came and no delivery, when I call them they told me it will be delivered tomorrow, call in the morning to arrange time. I call the next day in the morning and I'm told that I will not get the package until next week Wednesday if I'm lucky. I have never dealt with Estes before and I hope I never have too again. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. ???

I wish I could give this place -3,000 stars. We sent a 1day shipment. After 3 days we were told they were 1-2 weeks behind and that the 1 day was not guaranteed (as per Howard).....I informed Tina, we shipped the shipment 7 days in advance of the deadline to ensure it would arrive by a certain day. She rudely said, "well that ain't gonna happen". So we went the pick up route. A constant back and forth. When the shipment was finally able to be picked up, after several calls and emails and projected pickup dates, I was told my driver (who drove 2 1/2 hours after I received confirmation of their hours) would have to reschedule......And the woman there, Tina, she has the worst attitude, no sense of concern or empathy, customer service is far from her strong point. Lisa & Jody were more pleasant, but all have no sense of information and no methods to contact their "residential department". This place is horrendous. I hope I never experience a place like this in my life! I will add, Steve, apart of the warehouse, was very helpful. And before the owner responds with their apology, apologize by correcting what's wrong with this place. Your words are useless! I email customer service over a week ago and after one exchange of being forwarded to the department that handles my complaint, no one ever responded!

When I ordered on the Home Depot Website they had a delivery date of June 22, 2021. On June 24, 2021 it arrived at the Estes Express Line location in Winchester VA. I emailed customer service and they said they have an estimated delivery date of June 24, 2021. So I responded "it will be delivered today then" There response was someone will call you in 1-2 business day to schedule the deliver. Its now the 25th and I have not heard from them. I check the tracking on the web-site. It now says on Home Depot site it will be here on July 2, 2021. There web-site says they have not determined a delivery date. I need this to get work done and now it is going to be almost 2 weeks after promised delivery. The worst part is you know its sitting in their warehouse just waiting to go! It is now July 2, 2021 and I was just told it could be 2 weeks longer because there residential delivery service is behind and I live a long ways away.

Great service, great driver, great company. Estes Express proved to me that truckers are basically good people. My driver had no cellular coverage during the last 15 miles of the delivery and struggled to find my residence but never gave up like most would have and pressed on with a gut feeling and extra effort to find our rural mountain location and complete the delivery. Awesome effort, thank you Estes Express!

While ordering a package through another company I was given no choice to go with ESTES. When the package arrived at this facility I called to ask about delivery. They told me I would get a call to make an appointment. I was never called and an appointment was scheduled without my knowledge. Needless to say I didn't get my package. The following day I asked if I could get it delivered the same day. The website said earliest estimated delivery could be today. I was informed it might not be possible, but she would send an email and try. I requested to get a call back if it was being delivered or not so I can pick it up. I was never called. When trying to schedul a delivery I found out that the online website does NOT give you accurate information when it could ship. This place is absolutely horrible when it comes to communication. No one calls or emails the customer to keep them informed. All the decisions are made behind my back without my knowledge.As a first time user of ESTES I am sad to say that I will not go through them again. This is my experience. Yours may be different.

They sent tracking information to Home depot that was not correct. Then they didn't ship it on time and push it out almost 2 weeks because they are slacking. They do not follow their time critical or guaranteed services. Do not use at all
