It is a very easy process to rent a storage unit. The gentleman was extremely attentive and answered all of my questions with confidence. He even showed me where the unit was and how the door stayed open if I wanted it to.

Met with Mike first thing this morning and he had us in and out of the office within 2 minutes!Very professional and very polite. Nice guy to check us in and knew the place like the back of his hand. He was able to point out our storage unit out on the map and directed us on how to locate it within seconds (despite the map being a little faded)Mike also shot me a follow up text to confirm that me and my dad figured everything out correctly. Which I appreciated a lot.The unit itself was very clean, very tall, and easy to locate. The hallways are all brightly lit and no cobwebs anywhere. They really keep this place clean.Also the price. Cheapest place in Winchester. But don't let that fool you, this place is a good bang for your buck. Honestly was very impressed with how the whole location looked. How the gate opens, in it of itself, is awesome.Thanks again for the help this morning Mike!

My stay at ExtraSpace Storage lasted just over three years, much longer than I ever intended, however everything to do with the facility was excellent! It was clean, well lite and the staff were always helpful and friendly. I would like to especially thank Mike for his incredible professionalism and friendliness as I closed out my stay there today. He wanted to be sure I was satisfied with my stay, and thanked me for my business. I would highly recommend using them for any storage needs!!

Have used ExtraSpace facilities in a few states now. They are great. Cory, the Store Manager at their Winchester, VA location, has been the best manager by far! Renting my space and getting in was a breeze with his help. Thank you again Cory!!

Very quick and easy to purchase a unit online. The hours of access to your unit seemed to be the most available around, compared to others I looked at. The units and facility are clean and the prices are fair. Great choice for storage!

Great modern facility to keep your items safe. However, price increases are steep and you have to always look for best deal online and move your stuff around to get the best prices.
