I dread when a vendor uses Fed Ex. Their map tracking system is a joke, unless it means something when the truck doesn't move for five minutes on an empty road with no homes or businesses in walking distance.

FedEx, your delivery service is abysmal and you should be ashamed - straighten out your employee's poor performance or replace them as this nonsense cannot continue. I have already called and spoken to you about this, but nothing has changed. (by the way - in store is great service, this is about delivery)
FedEx Winchester has a long history of lazy delivery service by literally abandoning packages, including perishable foods, on the side of the road in the woods for us to find like a scavenger hunt.
They continuously and regularly fail to deliver to our home, hide the packages in the woods, and they further claim delayed deliveries due to "operational delays" over and over.
Consequently, due to their negligent and lazy deliveries, there have been a multitude of stolen packages followed by police reports which have been filed. In addition, excessively defrosted food deliveries from being left in the woods has also occurred.
In closing, please stop abandoning packages in the woods and properly delivery them to our residence like you're suppose to.

Customer service was excellent. I just wish I could have written out the address myself. It was well stocked with the items to ship with.
