Well where to beginDriver leaves two packages on the street in front of my house and then the one that needed a signature just said I wasn't home so I went to the station to talk to a manager and was told both where in interviews and after 45 mins and seeing both managers go in and out of the office still no response just ignored me

The past couple times I've ordered something FedEx has delivered it to my home and Wardensville West Virginia and it's done got wet. You are are becoming worthless. You don't put shit in bags no more I know when I worked there I had to put stuff in bags when it was gonna rain. Freaking worthless.

The foul, nasty, disagreeable old bat that works here is just one of many, many reasons I ship only with UPS. Unfortunately, I was forced to use this location today because of a FedEx return label sent to me by a vendor. This hag has been here for years; I remember dealing with her wretched face long ago. What a wonderful surprise to realize I'd have to tolerate her vile attitude yet again.

The lady behind the counter has a nasty attitude and is abrupt and rude. My packages do get sent out, which is the only plus side about it.

I am very disappointed in my recent delivery. Not sure if this is the correct site my package came from, as I am assuming it was from their main hub. In a nutshell, the delivery driver did not deliver it to my door, and the package was actually left closer to the road. It was also placed on the ground with the top not facing up as the arrows show in the picture. I was able to catch the driver before she left my neighborhood where I requested assistance in moving, possibly with a dolly if available, as I am unable to move it due to the weight. She immediately had an attitude and stated she “has too much to do and has a bad back” which I found strange as her job is to deliver packages….anyway she then said “don’t you have a husband that can move it?” Keep in mind, no man is at my home when this was delivered, and my concern is that packages are stolen all of the time and this one is sitting in clear site of the road. I was taken aback by her comment as isn’t it her job to deliver the packages? She then changed her story regarding her back and said she could help ME move it (meaning she still would not be independently completing her job.) I then asked for her name as said thanks and walked away because her demeanor was becoming more hostile and threatening. She then rudely commented “do you want me to move it or not,” said in an extremely rude/sarcastic, threatening tone. At this point I could tell that I wouldn’t be receiving any help so I said no thank you. She then stormed off in her truck (the speed limit is 15mph because it is a dirt road and there are tons of children, and she was going much faster because there was a ton of dirt in the air.) and flipped me the bird. Very disappointed in her customer service. I spoke to a representative on the phone regarding the delivery who was very helpful though, so I will say I appreciated that individual.

Horrible service. Took five days to pick up a package in Berryville and take it too Winchester. Now I jave to wait for my package to get to Maryland Hub before it gets to my destination. Paif for Overnight shipping, getting slower than snails delivery. Lost money and time at work due to having to keep rearranging my schedule waiting for my package..

Tried to make make a shipment from this location today. Since we did not have an account, nor did we have labels already printed the lady would not help us. She told us that she had other work to do and would not help us. She said she was only doing pre-labeled, pre-paid, drop off only shipping. Why does the website say this is a full service shipping center? She was extremely rude and literally did not want to do her job. I was disgusted with the service. Don’t go here for any reason whatsoever!

Absolutely useless. Terrible customer service bad deliveries, had a large package that needed to be shipped for a corporate account called and was told could bring it here for pack and ship. Stood in line without the item to ask the employee to make sure it would be fine before I unloaded all of the pieces and brought them inside. She waved me aside like I was bothering her and told me she can't do anything until I bring it in then the moment it comes in the door she says oh we can't package it here you have to take it to the store on the other side of town. That's why I asked before I unloaded it all and brought it in. Terrible

Today I received a package belonging to someone else who lives further down the street from me. A Good Samaritan who lives on another street in my neighborhood received my package and brought it to my house (also looking for his own misdelivered package). When I called FedEx to notify them of this epic failure, they passed me off to an escalation department that expects me to believe they have no managers or supervisors. So I was left speaking with one person after another who speak broken English at best and offer a very banal apology. Furthermore, they could not answer a simple question and kept changing the subject to divert. My question to FedEx is…”What reasonable assurances can you give me that this will not be a continuing problem, considering FedEx's epic failure today?”

There is more than enough room to turn around on parking pad at the bottom of the driveway, but they consistently leave everything at the top of the top. And the packages whether big, small, light, or heavy are placed in such a way to block driving up to pick them up or just over the top to be run over. I have tried to contact and explain but to no avail. I am done with FEDEX. I will patronize companies that do not use you.

Ordered a package on eBay, USPS shipped it to FedEx perfectly. FedEx delivered the package to the wrong place, I have no package, and they won’t refund. They insist that because tracking says it was delivered it was delivered to the correct address. It clearly was not, because they have given descriptors of the area it was delivered to, which is not even my house. They are liars and should not be done business with, considering how Amazon and other companies today work. Don’t give them your time or money
