Closed on the last day of school for inventory. On a random Thursday? Aren't you closed at night anyways? Ridiculous. Pay your employees overtime and do inventory while the store is closed normally. Lame

My Name is Samantha Jones and I am a Secert Shopper and I have a Website on the internet but it's under another name and I use other peoples Email and addresses for my Job I also have people that work for me and they wear Cameras also I noticed how people are treated of different Race the African American female and no she doesn't work for me that was in the store she was being watched and so was the African American Male now the female went to check out the guy that worked there waited for her to make she was going to pay for everything so he did it for here he was so worried that she wasnt going to pay for the things that she had and then the male came up beside them he was trying to watch everything that they were doing he couldnt even give the female her change I can say this I have been doing this for years McDonald's got shutdown cause a guy wasnt wearing gloves when he was making peoples sandwiches it was all caught on camera so basically what I'm saying karma is very real I wanted to rate you all no star and I am a Caucasian woman you shouldnt stereotype people cause the color of there skin

Was so nice, clean, well stocked, organized when I last went there last fall. I was able to scan my items with no issues. My kids were wanting to go there for some things so we went yesterday. I was so shocked to see how unorganized and messy this place is. Shelves aren’t stocked and unopen boxes are blocking paths so could not get around. Also an unpleasant odor that was not there before is becoming not tolerable. The self checkout I couldn’t scan my items because the employee has to. Please get this place clean up before this business is affected to shut down. We don’t need to lose any more. This is one place many kids favors this store to shop for fun things.

Everytime I'm in there I'm in wonder at how much they actually have. Haha. It's not all below 5 but there are awesome deals. And the people who work here were very helpful!

I literally go to five below all the time since I was little. I get most of my stocking stuffers there cus it's great for that. But this year I accidentally bought a mug that had a chip in it and I realized the second I got back into my car so I went back into the store for a new one. The first girl I encountered seemed to be my age and understanding. Of my issue but when I went to grab another cup I came back to four employees standing there. Basically they was trying to act like I stole. I spent like 80$ there. If I stole the cup I woulda never came back into said store nor woulda spent 80!. I had showed them my receipt and everything. Like what? My stepmom was watching from outside of the store and could tell I was visibly upset and anxious so when she came into the store I was obviously frustrated and just left. I mean this wouldn't have happened had they not gotten all self check out. It was obv a power issue for the cranky old bat that claimed to be the manager. I mean shawty u work at 5 below for a reason and the reason is your stank ass attitude. If ur the one reading this (blonde hair, chunky, was working on Wednesday. I hate u. Like I hope that attitude of yours is the reason your bloodline doesn't continue. Diabolical woman. If I wanted to steal the cup I woulda. And I wouldn't have brought it back. Dense woman.
