had an awesome experience at FYE recently, and it was all thanks to the two employees working there – Trevor and Sho. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
Trevor was super chill and knew everything about the merch I was looking for. He gave great recommendations and even pointed out some deals I would’ve missed. You can tell he really enjoys what he does, and it made shopping that much better.
Sho was equally great – super friendly and quick to help when I had questions about some collectibles. He had a great vibe and made the checkout process smooth and easy.

The staff at the store is by far leagues above any other.they are the absolute utmost polite, friendly, and informed on the products that they sell to better assist customers. This creates a very warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere. In my opinion, this store is a perfect example of how retail establishment should run

This place takes advantage of people who dont know the actual price of the items and sells it way above retail prices. dont waste your money. You can buy whatever they have in store online for a much lower price

This store has been closed early on Sunday for the past two weeks that I have went. They really don't have much to offer in the way of movies. Mostly used items. Reminds me of a yard sale with older movies and collectibles. Most funkos had some type of damage to the boxes. Clearance section is a mess

I walked in on 4/13 to get some tokyo ghoul stuff, they didnt have much but the workers went out of their way to search for me, they came across some tokyo ghoul stickers they couldnt sell and handed them out to us.

Wish I could give a 0 star. Manager not nice. Daughter paid for movies and then she said that the payment did not go through. We checked the bank and it clearly went through. She ripped the bag out of my daughters hand. I advised her we needed a refund or the movies. She said that she wouldn't do either. I believe they scam teenagers because they can do anything about it. She called security on me and told me how I should raise my daughter which is none of her concern. Never going back. At this point they just need to close this store.

Fye is not as good as they use to be. More pop culture items and anime than movies and music. At least half of their media is used products.
