Upon arrival, there was a bit of confusion about what was on hold and what was supposed to be on hold. The manager working was extremely kind and accommodating. He corrected the mistake and was very apologetic. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone. I had a wonderful shopping experience. This manager also took the time to help look for other items requested and when unable to answer a question about an item he took the time to look up information requested and find an answer.
