Do not ever go here! We bought 4 giftcards and everytime I call they are booked… even when I called in March for June appointment! The only thing they have available is mon-thur 9-2… yeah if you’re retired that’s perfect!When you ask to cancel they don’t give you your money back even though they can’t book you in for an appointmentI’m done w them and sadly i will lose 2 massages I paid for because they are awful!!!!Get it together and stop taking money when you can’t fill a customer’s appointmentThe best is when you book an appointment months out … you finally get one! And then they call you before the appointment to tell you they have to cancel your appointment. Happens all the time!You are better off going to Blue Ridge Massage Therapist…I’ve never had a single issue there

I had an appointment and had to cancel because I was sick. How do you give 24 hr notice if you are sick. Not to mention you can't leave a message. So I get charged $40 but if they canceled on us we get nothing. So I guess sickpeople should still get a message so you don't get punished ?3-28. I have sent 2 emails and no response.

My wife had massages here. Not good. The first one was good and the lady was great. The second one was Terrible. She left irritated and told them up front about it. They said call back and reschedule for a free massage. She was very hesitant after it about even going back. So then thought ok maybe try someone different, well then called to schedule and get it done and they never followed through. Manager never called back nothing. So best to say she never went back and they didn't follow through with what they said.

Our first and only time going here. We had facials. Don't expect much when you go and you won't be disappointed. I could have done a better facial at home on myself! Don't waste your money on a facial here.

I was given this very expensive package for Mother’s Day by my daughter. Now, I don’t even want to go back for the second hour of massage. I felt very uncomfortable at this place. They had these big circular fans with cords running out of them. Made me wonder if the a/c was broken. But my worst experience was the massage. She was rude. She didn’t speak to me the entire time after we began. And I had to wonder at times if she was touching me. She just applied pressure with her fingers along my spine. Sometimes pinching my skin. I have had many many massages in my life. This was by far my worst experience ever. I could go on but I think I’ve said enough.

PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES BEWARE. THIS BUSINESS DISCRIMINATES AND REFUSES ADA ACCOMMODATIONS. I have a small psychological service dog. The manager has refused to allow me to bring her in an enclosed carrier with me for services. I tried for weeks to speak to the manager and never got a return call. Went this morning for scheduled services and was denied because my 9 pound service dog, in a carrier was with me. Do not give this store your business. They discriminate

What a wonderful experience! From the fantastic receptionist Roxanne to the facial! My facial was with Gracie. I can't say enough! She was very sweet, informative and overall a wonderful esthetician. Thank you for the beautiful glow.

Unbelievable, scheduled a massage to use a gift card and my 82 year old father had an emergency quadruple bypass and valve replacement and in ICU and I called an hour after the cancellation period and Karen the assistant manager at the front just keeps repeating the cancellation policy and will not even allow me to use my Mother’s Day gift card so my gift has now turned into me paying out of pocket for half a massage and my father can not even speak yet. Yesterday was the Fourth of July so I waited till I woke up on the West Coast at 7am PT/10am ET and my appointment was scheduled for tomorrow at 8am PT/10am ET. I did not call yesterday assuming they were closed. Avoid getting anyone a gift card cause you will be required to put a credit card on file with zero consideration of their 24 hour policy even if your Father had emergency quadruple bypass and valve replacement and you have to fly across the nation to spend the Fourth of July hoping that his ventilator tube can be removed and you call at 25 hours instead of 24 hours. Heartless establishment avoid visiting or buying a gift card for anyone.

I use to love this place but level of service has gone down hill which is very disappointing. Make sure you read all of the small print on their contracts also. What was once a relaxing experience has turned into a stressful experience.

This was the first time trying their services and it was a last minute appointment due to a schedule change so i could not go to my normal place. I wanted to give them a fair shot so I made the appointment for a massage. I was rather unimpressed from the moment I walked in the door with the unprofessional presentation of the staff. I had my massage and it ended up being the worse one I have ever had. I left their facility in more pain and significantly more stiff then I walked in. After my massage I was hit up with their slick gimic to join some club. What a waste of my money today and I will need to now schedule a massage with my person quickly to fix the damage they caused.Today's lesson is I should have read the reviews and just waited for my person instead of dealing with subpar care. A good therapeutic massage is a form of medical care and treatment remember that when choosing a provider today I did not choose wisely.UPDATE: It has taken 4 trips to my chiropractor and a trip to my massage therapist, over $200 in visits, to undo what their therapist did. The chiropractor was absolutely shocked at the condition of my back.I also emailed the manager at her request, based off my initial review, and to no real surprise I received no response back.To anyone who sees this please heed my warning and be careful to who you receive any sort of treatment from. Massages are a form of medical treatment and if they are not done correctly you can pay a high price in the end.
