Nevee had a problem with returns. When I got to the register, the cashier asked if I found everything I was looking for, and I said no, you're out of stock, he proceeded to ask what I was looking for, he looked it up on his computer, and proceeded to tell me they had some in the back, he called to the back and they brought me up what I wanted. Excellent customer service.!!!

I shop here monthly and never had an issue with the employees but this last trip on 11/16/2023 was very unpleasant. The cashier greeted me when I walked in as they always do but when I went to check out she as they usual Are you a member, do you have a number with us and do you want to be a member. When I answered no to each question she stated that I must be in a mood and when she handed me my receipt she stated " Hope you never come back" I was so mad that I waited until the next day before submitting this review. I hope someone gives her a bit of an attitude adjustment. I may not be back for a while because I would prefer never to see her again.

This harbor freight has horrible people that tell you their life story at the check out counter. The shop floor looks like a unorganized bazzar in africa.

The staff is always very helpful with locating items and letting you know of upcoming specials. Just know the quality of some of the tools you are buying before purchasing. I mostly buy with the intention of 1x use so they exceed my expectations.
