Went into Hollister to buy some new jeans and this short, skinny girl with long brown hair let me into the dressing room. Shortly after I heard her make a comment to another employee about someone not being able to fit into jeans. I figured she was referring to me, so I left without buying anything. I’m 99% sure she was the manager too. Do better.

Associates are total assholes. All the girls seem to be constantly standing around on their phones, and I never receive any sort of assistance unless I ask several times, in which case i'm given a dirty look or audible groan. last time I was there, a few girls were gossiping very loudly about another employee. it's completely unacceptable.

Charged my daughter's credit card but computer froze. Then I decided to purchase on my credit card on a different register. Upon leaving, we got a notification that the sale went through on my daughter's card. I went back to the register to have them credit my card back since her card went through. The manager stated that they wouldn't do that as they could not credit my card. The manager called customer service and told them incorrectly stating that the double charged my daughter. Then it took them a week to credit her card. The sale associates and managers at the store are not trained appropriate to do with issues or to resolve problems. This was an easy fix as I have worked retailed for quite awhile. I doubt if we will ever return to Hollister again.
