A young, professional, and inspirational instructing crew: the backbone and success of Kickhouse. Each bring their best all day, every day and have the ability to meet you where you're at as an individual. One thing they are not? Mind readers! If you need extra help, then speak up, and it is guaranteed you will be cared for.In regards to financial aspects, Kickhouse has smart marketing tactics-- can't hold that against them! Anything involving money can be a conflicting and tricky matter, but I believe the money is well spent at Kickhouse. If you take a step back, then you will see the transaction as a win-win situation. I completed the six week challenge and decided to join as a member three weeks in.Kickboxing has been such a fun workout-- I never thought there was such a thing. I have learned more about myself through the experience Kickhouse offers, and my quality of living has dramatically improved in the past month alone. The studio excells in cleanliness from the mats to the shop to the bathrooms. The instructors continue to serve as good examples during the pandemic by wearing their masks behind the desk and on the floor. Mats are cleaned after each class session.Thank-you, Kickhouse for my newfound sense of happiness! Five out of five recommend.

My personal experience at ILoveKickboxing or what is now known as Kickhouse in Winchester, Va has been and continues to be a terrific one. The classes are challenging, the instructors are encouraging and friendly, and the venue is clean and up-to-date. The members are an encouraging community who make classes even more fun and welcoming. The classes are for absolutely everyone from beginner to advanced. I highly recommend!!!

Not “free” actually. Horrible customer service. Refuse to give me my payment back when I didn’t even attend one class and I called literally within the next 12 hours to cancel...I had family coming into town and told them I couldn’t start for a week or two and within 2 hours, they had already charged my account and started the membership...also incapable of calling me back. Was told the manager Ally would call me back, but yet here we are 2 months later, she’s still MIA. Extremely unprofessional.

I don't recommend this place at all. I signed up for a membership, knowing I couldn't start for another week or two (also told them that) and they immediately took money out of my account (the same night I signed up) and when I called in the morning (less than 24 hours later), they refused to give me a refund and said I had 4 weeks to use or lose. Their manager, Allie, tells me she will call me back, but still hasn't. Her staff said they will pass the message on to her, but I still haven't received a call. Just want my money back. Completely unprofessional.

I love it here. They inspire me with training, offer challenges and routines to keep you motivated, and even are guiding me on food and nutrition goals so I reach my most excellent self. I had reservations about joining at first, but they keep classes limited, and they have excellent sanitation standards. The energy Is so amazing that I look forward to each visit

Never thought I would be joining a kickboxing class, but here I am. And the staff has been awesome!! They are so sweet, told me I didn't even look my age. ? They push us beyond our limits to help us grow and be successful. But they are kind and helpful to those of us who are a little inexperienced. After a week of classes, I feel good and would highly recommend them!! Thanks ilovekickboxing Winchester!!

I had signed up to do a "free" six week challenge which required a payment of $499 as a sort of betting against yourself - if you completed the challenge you got your money back. I got a job and have to relocate to another area, I called and let them know I would be unable to do the classes and they said that was fine, they would refund me and cancel any future payments from coming out as long as I emailed them my job offer letter. At this point, all I had done was the initial consultation - no classes, no nutritional consult, nada... no service was provided that was worth the money. A week goes by, no refund so I call to make sure they got my email. The person who I've been dealing with isn't there, so they take my info down. I've called a few more times, and still no one that can help besides the woman who did my initial consultation. This has been an ongoing process of almost a month now just to talk to the person that originally helped me. The lack of communication on their part is disappointing and unprofessional. Money comes clearly before the customer and the experience.

Kickboxing is something I always wanted to try, and when I say they had a 6 Week Challenge it seemed like the right time to start something new. The staff at iLoveKickboxing - Winchester is awesome!! They are so sweet, told me I didn't even look my age. They push us beyond our limits to help us grow and be successful. They are kind and helpful to those of us who are a little inexperienced. After a week and a half of classes, I feel good and would highly recommend them! Thanks to Alyson and Haley, and all the staff. Y'all are rockstars!!

The "free" 6-week challenge is far from free. Try $500. They tried to scam me by not telling me the cost of the challenge until after they made me physically come in to the gym for a consultation, made me fill out all the paperwork, weighed me, etc. A lot of the questions could have been talked about over the phone where I wouldn't have been risking myself from being exposed to others with no face-coverings during a pandemic. Then the girl tells me it "used to be free but people were not motivated by a free program so now it's four ninety-nine" which made it sound like she meant $4.99 not $499.How do you go from free to $500???? I get that the program has a lot included and it is expensive but I've never been straight up lied to about the price at a gym before. Why not just tell people the truth and why it's worth it instead of scamming them??? I am not going to pay you after you lied to me and then asked for a $500 deposit. If you lose the weight you get your money back, sure, but 1. That's not exactly healthy for people who might end up starving themselves near the end just to get back their money2. ITS ADVERTISED AS FREE. Free is not the same as getting money back only IF you lose the weight. And the regular yearly price is pretty overpriced too but they lost my business regardless, as soon as they deceived me and wasted my time. Clearly it's all about the money and not about the health of clients...JUST BE HONEST with your customers and make it worth the money!

I am currently doing the 6 week challenge here and I love it! I love the instructors, the gym itself, and the classes are high intensity and I feel like I am pushed beyond what I think I can do in each class and I feel so much better than when I started!
