I was waited on quickly. The service rep explained politely what my car needed and the services that were offered. He showed me the filters from my Accent. The services I needed only took about 15 minutes. The service rep in the office was polite, walked me to my car, and made sure I had my receipt.

Hi I’m Vicki I have been bringing in my cars there for years for oil changes and tire rotations and etc… The vehicle is under Judith White because she is my mom and she gets good deals at her dealership.i don’t go anywhere else . Unless it’s major work then I take the vehicles to my mom’s work . I would recommend Jiffy Lube to Everyone. Best Customer Service Around.

Woodbridge, Minniville Road. It wasn't busy at the time so it was very fast in and out for the oil change. I've had my cars serviced there for years and haven't had many issues. Everyone was professional. One recommendation would be to ensure that the person at the counter is made aware of discount coupons that Jiffy Lube issues for surveys. I had one such coupon and she initially told me that that location cannot accept it without looking at it. After explaining how I got the coupon and pointing out that the coupon could be redeemed at my nearest JL location, not participating location, she finally scanned it.
