I drove 25 miles to shop here. It is 3:50. There is a closed sign on the door. Very unhappy.

What's happened to customer service?Both cashiers were very friendly. However, the lady that helped with fabric cutting was terribly rude. The attitude and the eye rolling were completely unnecessary. Coming from someone older, I would never expect that. Suffice it to say, I probably wouldn't go back to that location.

The JOANN Fabric store in my area is a complete mess. It needs to be updated. The store has too many products and not enough space to present a pleasant aesthetic. They don't seem to stock more of the finer quality tabrics as in times past. I left the store without a purchase.

Hard to find. I was used to the Joann's in Traverse City, where we moved from. This store was nothing like the clean, open store that I shopped at.

I shop here quite regularly. I asked for a fabric to be shipped from another store and it literally took close to 4 months for it to happen. Employees would take my information, and when I would call to follow up no one could find it, this happened several times. I tried this process again, and after 3 weeks called back and again my information wasn't found when I left it. I was then told they couldn't find it anywhere close to me and that the information online was inaccurate that those stores didn't have it in stock. I called the two closest stores, and they both have it in stock so I will be going directly to those stores from now on. Very disappointing, considering the options for fabric is so slim these days.
