Went in today, in hopes to get 2 pairs of shoes Ive wanted for some time, only to have to approach the employees at the counter because they were all huddled around each other giggling and doing whatever they pleased. I asked for both shoes in a youth size, one of the associates comes out with the size I requested, then came back out after “finding” the size in the other, I take both up, only to see I was upcharged prior to ringing up because the price didn’t sound right. I asked her why the youth was so expensive and she then stated “oh that size wasn’t in youth” she had lazily upcharged by grabbing an adults size without informing me that there was no youth size in both shoes. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and the attitude of the employees. Never had such an issue with this store..

It was completely ridiculous how they treat customers. We were waiting for the associate, but all of them were huddled at the counter talking amongst themselves. We finally approached them to ask if they had a shoe in a size 9, they didn’t give us an answer, shook their heads no, then went back to talking. Very rude.

This place is got limited selection of toddler shoes. Also, employees are rude and need an attitude reline.

Tried to shop here and was flat out lied to about the DcMartins being real docs by the employee to try and make a saleAs if I'm not intelligent enough to read a label to see where they are made. If not made I'm England they are not rwal

Super upset bad customer service I ordered some shoes and I pacifically said that I needed them here for family photos and she reassured me just for sale I bought five pairs of shoes for her to lie to me and my shoes are not gonna be here and they ruined my family pictures this is the worst store that I’ve ever bought shoes from and I’ve only bought shoes from here one time and I will never go back and I’m returning all of the shoes if you know somethings not gonna be there please don’t tell anybody just for sale it’s misleading and you don’t know what people got going on in their life especially when I was upfront with her and told her from the get-go that I needed these for family pictures if you knew it wasn’t gonna be here don’t sell me the shoes

staff if amazing! i get a bunch of my shoes from here always and i'm always helped and greeted so politely. the store is absolutely great and they were great with my niece (4). side note "cody bailey" is childish and shouldn't have a job in retail if he can not handle it. but isabelle and alexis are amazing employee's. that's it.

I’m not one to ever write reviews. BUT WOW. I have never had costumer service like I have had today. It was amazing. The store was very busy with people trying to get their children shoes for the new school year. I was treated by Isabelle, Sara, and Lora. My son out grew his shoes and Isabelle noticed me struggling to decide on a size. She personally sat with my son and I bringing out new sizes for each type of shoe. He was in between sizes, and she had all the answers. All three of the ladies were working so hard together, and not one person in that busy store was ignored or left without help. My son and I left buying more shoes then we even came informer because of how knowledgeable and helpful they were. I will only be going there to get shoes for my kids from now on. What amazing ladies. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE HELP!

isabel is absolutely amazing. attentive and very caring for her customers. have never had a problem at this store and will absolutely be returning. definitely recommend coming here. staff member alexis took total interest and control and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes for my boyfriend. 10/10

First let me start off by saying that I shop at this store before, the staff are well trained and eager to help me with anything I need. Today there was a new person that I encountered and he was very hostile and unbecoming to the other employees. He was so upset at being scolded that he decided to stoop to immature levels. First he walked out on his shift, then he called the store under the guise of complimenting himself to get back into the position he walked out on, after he called another store to tell them not to hire the current manager of the store. Lastly he came all the way to google reviews to post a fake bad review all because he was too immature to work out his shift and have a calm discussion with his manager. The name he used on the review is "Cody Bailey". Please disregard his childish post, as this store really does wonders for their customers. Journeys as a whole is always the best place to shop or even just to ask questions, the staff is always welcoming and this store is no different.

Horrible experience!!! Went to this store to exchange a pair of shoes and the manager refuse to do it. The shoes were uncomfortable to my son and she didn’t even care about it. ?? Very unprofessional customer service.

Haven’t been there, but I heard it smells pretty bad. There is a employee named Gabriel that likes longboards a little to and said that he is going to run over your store with a longboard. Best wishes that doesn’t happen, because I need to get my grandma Lily her favorite vans.?????⛄️
