Jarod was quick to take charge in a situation that I had from another Kay location. He and his staff were very understanding and are getting my ring back to me in a hurry (since I am getting married in 2 weeks). I will add photos of fixed ring when finished!

Went in to have my ring cleaned and inspected. Total time to do both was less than 3 minutes. My ring looked the same after the cleaning as when I gave it to her.

Annie was absolutely amazing. She made my dream ring happen in an instant! She was beyond sweet to my 3 little ones on top of it all. Definitely made my trip to Kay's a memorable experience and we will definitely be back for future wants and needs.

When we walk in and say we just want to look around and clearly don’t want to be bothered and asked a million questions, please be respectful and just leave us alone. I wanted to be able to look around with my new fiancé and have fun and THEN … IF we had questions … I’d find an employee and ask. We ended up leaving. Dark haired woman just was too much. She was last time as well , and too pushy. Just annoying. Never again.

Vonda & Dao are without a doubt the best customer service representatives I have ever had the pleasure of working with to create and purchase my dream heirloom piece of jewelry. The piece is currently being made so I do not have a photo to share. The loose diamond is beyond my wildest expectations when we were working together to bring the piece to fruition. I will have to wait about 4 weeks for the finished piece. I cannot wait to see and wear this gorgeous ring. Thank you to these 2 ladies for your incredible work and dedication to my vision. I really appreciate the attention to detail given to repairs! It's been a few years since I purchased new jewelry but everyone at this location is always helpful and they work well together. Priscilla is absolutely a gem! She deserves so much more than a simple google review. She is willing to go absolve and beyond for her customers. We definitely didn’t feel like we were pressured or rushed. We were given space to discuss purchasing our pieces. She is definitely with the drive to Winchester. Wish I could give 0 stars or even negative 1. After decades of purchasing 90% of my and family’s jewelry from Kay jewelers I can safely say they will never get my business ever again because of the current employees at the Apple blossom mall location. I ordered something online and it was supposed to be delivered via UPS but the package never arrived. I filed a claim with UPS, but the only way to get my money refunded was to get an actual receipt of the transaction. I called and explain this on the phone to the assistant manager, who had no sympathy whatsoever and quite the attitude. She cut me off anytime I tried to explain and was very short. I called back the next day and spoke to the manager. Also voicing my concerns about how I was treated by her assistant manager. I was told to come into the store, and I would be taken care of. Upon arriving, I asked for the manager, but she was with another customer, so she redirected me to the same assistant manager that gave me attitude on the phone. She again was incredibly rude to me, kept interrupting me and talking down to me. I asked her not to be disrespectful but it continued. I got so frustrated I just gave up told the manager she should be extremely disappointed in her employees customer service, and left never got my money back from UPS due to lack of not having the right receipt.
