Got a pedicure from Angel as a walk-in, and she was fabulous! I don't understand the negative reviews (only a few) at all, as my experience was exceptional. The vast majority of the reviews were like my experience, which is very telling. Angel did recommend that I schedule an appointment next time, which I will certainly do.

I believe they’re racist against blacks. None of their reviews are from black customers. As soon as I walked in with my boyfriend, the woman on the side asked what we needed. As soon as I told her what I needed the woman at the front desk said they can’t take us. I asked why, if they were closed, or if they did not have enough workers. She said she couldn’t take me because she had one appointment coming in 5 minutes, meanwhile there are 2 workers available, lounging around, and she’s finishing up with her current customer. I arrived at 3:15. They close at 7 -_-. Make it make sense. Don’t spend your money here. Don’t even bother taking the drive over.

Awful service. They lied to us, blamed me for something that was their fault, and produced a poor product. Weeks ago I made reservations with Kim guaranteeing my mother and I could get manicures together. They started me 15 minutes late in one room, and started my mother 20 minutes late in another room. The nail tech doing mine never made eye contact with me and talked in a different language to her co workers, and never talked to me. She dropped my hand and the wet polish hit the cloth, then she yelled and blamed me for ruining the polish. She also shook my cut cuticles onto the floor on purpose like it was dust. Finished product: I have either a human or brush hair in my clear nail polish. Would never recommend their services.
Cleanliness: Not clean. Shook my cut cut cuticles on the floor like dust.

As soon as I walked in I felt unwelcome. There were only 2 customers in the shop and it was 2 hours before closing when I arrived. They told me that they worked by appointments only but another woman without an appointment went in about 7 minutes after me and was serviced. Wow, I guess my money wasn't good enough.

New clientele be careful.... I got charged $110 on a refill and when I gave her $140 (I was going to tip $20 regardless of the overcharging) she just assumed I was going to tip $30 and tried to take my change. The last time I went there Kim seemed irritated with my request for my nails and I didn't get what I wanted. I decided to give them another chance and not only did I get HIGHLY overcharged, but I seemed to be the only person they didn't ask if I wanted to book my next appt. This is the first review I've ever left in my life and I left so disappointed and honestly sad that they tried to take advantage of me that I was too taken aback to say anything in the moment and paid anyway but my friends told me to leave a review.... I'm never coming back here. They viewed the importance of overcharging me one time over a possible new client that would be coming back as a regular.

I’ve been going to see Kim for a monthly pedicure since 2015 before she had her own place. She has always been incredibly kind and friendly. I have issues with ingrown toenails and she always takes care of me. All the ladies are wonderful and call me by name when I come in. The place is also very clean. Highly recommend!
