Appointment was very on time, staff were exceptionally courteous and totally professional. This is the best ever Lab Corp group ever. You bet! I’ll be back!!!

I'd drive HOURS to go anywhere else but this place. You sit for hours every time you go here anyways! Today topped me off, I sat for an hour with my toddler, checked in and ready for someone to call us back for her blood work ... it's 3:55 and I go back up to the pharmacy desk and ask if anyone could buzz labcorp or page them or something because I realize they close at 4 ... finally 3:58 comes and someone opens the labcorp door and goes, "well sorry, we're closed now." I could have lost my MIND. I said it's 3:58, I checked in an hour ago, I did my job, you do yours. You have 2 minutes to draw my daughters blood.
Mind you, I was not the only person waiting. The other gentleman, who was also very frustrated, was 30 minutes past his appointment time waiting, and they were ready to tell everyone they were closed and not see any of us!
They said their check-in tablets were malfunctioning. Okay, then peak out the door and make sure no one is waiting to be seen, put a note on the door, speak with the pharmacists and ask them if anyone shows up for blood work to page them to open the door. ANYTHING. There were 4 women back there when we were finally called. 4. And none of them were doing anything. Disrespectful, obnoxious, unprofessional, there's never been a day I've taken any of my kids here that we've waited less than an hour .. I will never go back.

The worst labcorp I've ever been to. Went in to get blood drawn over a month ago and waited over an hour to be seen. There was blood stained on the curtain and the chair they asked me to sit in. I went back today for a specimen drop off - I waited for two hours, and only three people were seen in that time. People with appointments weren't being called either, and many of them left because the wait time was too long. I'd understand waiting if they were actually calling anyone back, but this took up my entire morning for a minute-long drop-off and there were only three people seen before me.

I was treated with respect, plus the girls had an overall excellent attitude that made for a refreshing experience!

My son's doctor never received his bloodwork and there is no way to contact labcorp. When you call you receive an automated message about the hours etc. you cannot leave a message. Couldn't contact corporate for help either. Walgreens just states they have no affiliation with them and cannot help. So if you run into issues getting your results there is no way you will ever get them. They will take your money real quick though. Go somewhere else, don't bother with this place.

Will never try to go back again, I walked in and there's a sign you have to sign in on a tablet, I get on my phone and it says I would have to wait an hour so I walk out and go to Sunrise Medical and was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

I have never been so disappointed with the lack of service received through a provider as I was with Labcorp at 645 E Jubal Early Dr, Winchester, VA 22601.
My husband and I had bloodwork scheduled at 9 am and 9:15 am respectively and we arrived at the location at 8:41 am and checked in via the mobile app, which instructed us that we could stay in the comfort of our cars until we received a text message when the lab technician was ready to see us. My husband received his text at 9:14 am and I received mine seconds later. Therefore, we both went in together. It was less than a minute's walk to get from the car to the building and approximately 30 seconds to get to the waiting area once inside Walgreens. The text message clearly stated the following, "Your Labcorp technician is ready to see you. Please proceed to the Labcorp check-in area and your name will be called shortly." We proceeded to wait and noticed that people who arrived after us and checked in at the kiosk, were being called but our names were not; so we were a little puzzled.
One of the technicians then came to the waiting area and informed everyone that they were running a little behind since it was only 2 of them working, so we thought this was why service was delayed. Therefore, we continued to wait.
However, after being in the waiting area for more than 45 minutes, My husband expressed concern to the same technician who informed everyone of the delay. This technician flatly stated that she had called our names 2 times before and we didn't answer, and THEN sent us text messages so we were now pushed back and had to wait until they got to us again. We were immediately upset because this was a blatant lie and not aligned with the service they provide and per the text message we received. In addition, from the time we received the text message and arrived at the waiting area, she could not have called our names twice and waited for us all for us not to hear her. Even more, how she spoke to my husband as if it was our fault and wasting her time was rude and extremely unprofessional. I have never been so livid in all my life. We were at Labcorp for an hour and 15 minutes and never got our bloodwork done because after the technician spoke to us in the manner in which she did, and informed us how we had now been pushed back and had to further wait (as if we were walk-ins), my husband was not willing to wait any longer. Needless to say, this was my very first time visiting this Labcorp location and I will NEVER go back nor recommend anyone to this facility.
I wish I had checked the Google reviews before visiting because it's very telling of how this Labcorp is managed. Unacceptable!!

Lack of staff training and shift supervision for questions during drawn. Hard to have simple blood work results.

A telehealth "visit" with my Dr. precipitated him ordering labwork. I am in a small town so made an appointment at the nearest LabCorb which was 25 minutes from home. As I would be fasting 12 hours for one of the labs, I opted for the earliest listed appointment time (11am). Showed up at 10:50 and checked in for my appointment. Had my 8 month old with me, as he is breastfed and I had needed to feed him. Standing room only, but at least 10 others in the waiting area. I had no idea if any of them were waiting for labs or drug tests. At 11:30, a LabCorp tech came out an announced that their computers were down and that they could not see anyone who did not have a physical copy of their Dr.'s order. I did not have one, as it had been a telehealth visit. I spoke up and asked the tech if it was sufficient to look it up electronically on my device. Also informed her I had been fasting 12.5 hours. She said it must be a hard copy. I left frustrated, went to my car, and called my husband. He said I might be able to print the document at Walgreens. (I wasn't going to be able to drive home and back again.)
Went back in, spoke to a Walgreens employee near the photo department and he had me forward my email hard-copy to him. He printed it and brought it out to me 5 minutes later. I continued to wait in line another 20 minutes. Noticed at 11:40 that I was 2nd in line on wait list, but now nobody in the waiting area was there before me. My position never changed though 2 more folks called. Finally I spoke up again (this time to a different lab tech) and was told the computers were down and they couldn't therefore see who had checked in. When I explained I had waited an hour and was now 13 hours fasted (really 14 hours because I don't eat before bed), she called me back and got my blood draw. No telling how long I would have stood there if I had not spoken up. Not really any apologies for the wait or for the inconvenience.
Lessons learned? LabCorp employees are not the most empathetic, organized, or ingenious. (Could they not have referred to the scrolling check-in list I was on to know who was next in line? Or encouraged anyone without a hard copy to have theirs printed by Walgreens, free of charge?) I can think of a few ways of improving this "system". As it is, I will never go back again.

Hardly any wait time on a weekday morning. Painless blood draw, and friendly staff. I'm not sure what more I could ask for!

I wanted to give this a zero. I arrived at LabCorp in Walgreens on Jubal early drive for blood work. She was yawning and complaining she was tired. I told her I had rolling viens. She stuck me and didn't get any blood, so she stuck me a second time. The first stick is raised and badly bruised with blood under the skin. Looks like she exploded my vein. I don't recommend going there.

Diane was wonderful today as I had blood drawn. She was personable, professional and I didn’t feel a thing while she drew blood. Happy to have had her today for my visit. Thanks Diane-Labcorp is lucky to have you!

Pro: big parking lot, self check in machine. Con: none. Had to get some blood draw for work and was assigned to this location by my agency. I was surprise to see a labcorp location inside of a Walgreens next to the pharmacy. The check in process was really quick through the iPad outside. Once completed I was called in within 4 minutes of checking due to not having many patients. Compare to Maryland labcorp offices where it always busy no matter the time of day. After getting called in the worker enter my info into the computer and drew some blood. The process from start to finish was easy and fast, only taking about 10 minute from check in to complete. All in all, my experience at this labcorp was good.

The one lady in this place doesn't take time to do the blood draw properly. She just jabs it and then digs around. And then I told her my veins bust in my hands so she decided to tell me she would go easy and quickly jabbed and busted both veins. Now my hand is swollen and blue. This lady thinks she knows what she is doing but she clearly only cares about getting it done as quick as possible.

Booked a drug test through the LabCorp website for 11.30 am…. We showed up right at 11 am…. There comes an employee with a smirk on her face, no greeting, nothing…. Tells us with a smile on her face that they stop doing drug test at 11 am…NOWHERE on the website did it mention such thing…. She said that the machine automatically shuts down at 11( right)…. We drove all the way from Harpers Ferry…. We’ll find another site because the “staff” there is too lazy to do their job….
