Went in and asked a simple question to Mike, he seemed to be on drugs and could not understand if the embroidery would be stiff or flexible. (Asked me if I was ok, while his eyes were bugging from some type of amphetamine) Really think he just didn’t know what he was doing or talking about. Grateful he turned me down... read full comment

Customer service is the worst in here. Do not talk to adults like a child when they are purchasing something. I really hope the store gets better employees.

Great hat selection for most all sports, prices are good, clean facility, friendly and helpful staff, great location.
