I don’t recommend anyone receive any services from them. I had my first micro blade appointment done in June. I scheduled a touch up appointment on site to ensure that I would receive the eyebrow touch up price. A week before this appointment, I was called by them in an attempt to reschedule, because Carlos just “wasn’t interested in doing it anymore” and didn’t want to have to come in for a few appointments. I explained there was no way to move this as I was out of town. That was fine, and we did not move the appointment. The day of the appointment comes, and I drive an hour and a half to be greeted with a locked door and no signs indicating why they’d be closed on a day they advertise as being open. No one was there. No one has returned my phone calls. Horrible customer service.

I love all the ladies at this salon. They are friendly and make your visit personal. I truly believe they care about their clients. I appreciate the knowledge they have and that they are always learning about new products and techniques to be current. I am thankful that they are also patient when I come in no knowing exactly what I want but always leaving loving my style.Services: Twist braids

I had the pleasure of getting my hair and makeup done for myself and my bridesmaids for my wedding. MiKayla did a beautiful job with my hair and knew exactly what I wanted. All of my bridesmaids and my mother absolutely loved their makeup done by Sarah. We were able to bring in food and drink and make the space our own. I could not be more happy with the service and experience I had on my big day!

Very poor safety protocols in place for COVID-19.Clients roaming all over the salon. Not enforcing social distancing.The salon was super crowded. Appointments not staggered.I counted three clients without masks during my visit.A very stressful experience. I suggest that they look into the safety protocols in place in many other salons.

It was my first visit and I never met the stylist. I was greeted by an assistant to shampoo me without ever having a consultation with the stylist. I had to speak up before my hair got wet so the stylist could see it. My opinion that is just laziness and not making the effort. After we had the consultation she gave me a quick, not relaxing, shampoo & conditioner. Back at her station her very first cut was exactly what I specifically asked her NOT to do. She took her razor and cut my neck line all the way up. I held my breath and couldn’t relax during the haircut. Then came the blow dry, ugh. The round brush she pulled out to use on me was so imbedded with hair you literally could barely see the bristles. Not sure when the last time it was cleaned. Just another stylist doing the bare minimum to get by. Not giving it 100%. The morning of my appointment I received a phone call saying my stylist had a cancellation if I would like to come in earlier. I was not able to move my schedule around. The stylist station was next to the receptionist desk, during my haircut I had to listen to a girl sit there and talk on her cell, saying they are closing early and what her plans were. 1- If you are trying to get your clients in early so you can close the client should never be aware of this, unprofessional. 2- take your cell and go in the lunch room or outside and talk. I do not want to hear your personal call. My overall take is the lack of professionalism in this salon. Just pure laziness with customer service and cleanliness.
