Martin's is a convenient and clean store that is well stocked, carrying a great selection of items for recipes, including a favorite wine. The deli section is loved for its great chicken, variety of salads, precooked items, salad bar, and olive bar. The donuts are considered some of the best and worth the price. While the store is not large, it has what people need, though it occasionally runs out of specific items. The employees are always extremely helpful and thoughtful. Many recommend the store for its selections, prices, and because it is clean compared to other local options. Some customers even drive from other towns to shop there.
They know how to run a grocery store. I can't knock their merchandising or their service. But those prices are absolutely not competitive. Sorry but 4 stars for that. You do everything else right. But it can't be at the expense of THAT.
