Most of the time this is one of the better pharmacies in Winchester, but occasionally I am required to wait over an hour when they said they would have it ready. I need to hire a driver to get there, so this costs me money.

Keeps saying that did not receive any prescriptions from our doctors when the doctors office has sent it over and over and again claim they did not get the prescription this has been happening over and over I am getting very fed up especially when you try to ask questions about something else and they say they are done talking good bye would give negative stars if I could guess I might have to start looking for a new pharmacy that I can actually trust and have a lot better customer service

Got in line behind the only person at the counter. While waiting another lady got in line behind me, then a third lady entered and walked around us to stand in front of the empty bay beside the man being helped. The cashier greeted this new lady by name and asked how she's been. Clearly a friend. When guy finishes I step up and cashier asks who is next, I raise my hand and say I am. The new woman says "Thats not the line" and the cashier goes to help her friend instead. I walked out and had my Rx transferred to a store where people actually care instead of just helping their friend. Oh and not a single mask in sight. Yea... won't be back.

Seafood department is trash . The lady is extremely rude . And she just doesn’t want to work today I watched her argue and get a attitude with the man there then I walk up and she acts like I’m a inconvenience to her entire day ! I don’t recommend this place at all ! Go to another store because they treat paying customers like garbage .

This Martin's location is the best in town. One weekends it tends to be quite busy but our family still prefers this location the most. With very effective lighting and helpful employees, shopping here is very easy for us. Even though it can get quite busy, usually nothing is sold out. We prefer Martins for most of our groceries over Walmart and Aldi. Very good prices on groceries as well as their gas station.

Worst looking meat I've ever seen. Prices are terrible, of course, but even so, still crappy looking cuts of meat. Sad to say but even Walmart is better.

It’s immensely disheartening when your pharmacy techs only wear masks as chin diapers than properly. I’ll be moving my prescription elsewhere, where the people dispensing medicines actually believe in the science in which they were allegedly trained. Ms. Green, do better.

Terrible experiences with the delivery and curbside. Items missing, squashed produce, and no response from Martin's via email or chat. When I did have someone on the phone, she said they'd had issues with the app, Instacart, and because of Peabody, it will take a day to refund the missing items. The fact is, I don't care whose fault it is. I just know I've paid three times for service from Martins and it is sub-par to say the least. This the only place in Winchester to get this selection and quality--I've shopped here a long time. Perhaps the management has changed, or maybe they're stretched too thin since they've offered curbside and delivery options. In any case, I suppose it's worth going for the items you can't get anywhere else, but don't bother with delivery, and if you do curbside, check your items carefully.

The woman who works in the gas station area is extremely rude and abrasive. She needs to learn how to speak to people in a professional manner or not be in a position where she has to interact with customers. I will never go here again.

The web site kept getting stuck. It took me more time to place the order than if I had gone in. When I checked out it didn't take my promo code, and it said my card wasn't valid, yet it confirmed my order. Overall, it was confusing and time xonsuming. I had to call the store to remedy, and while they were helpful( removed fee and confirmed the order, and that they'd been having problems).. I will never order again from here due to sheer frustration.
