Big selection of products, big aisles and a great selection of donuts. The only problem at all with the store are the prices. Even by Creepy Joe standards them seem high. But other than that it's a nice store.

We recently bought a home in West Virginia and this Martin's is one of the closest major grocery stores so we stop here almost every time we come out to the house. We really like that this store has a nice big salad bar and fresh to-go sandwiches and sushi. Prices are not bad for being far from a major metropolitan area.

There’s one lady in the pharmacy who is so nasty and hateful. She don’t want to do her job, acts irritated hateful when you try to pick up your RX, I can’t stand going in there when she’s there. And I am not the only one !

We have been shopping at Martin's for years. I have rarely had any problems there. If I could change one thing, it would be increasing the variety in your deli department. Specifically, sliced meats. Hormel makes a spiced ham that has been a favorite with our family for years and I have to go to Food Lion to get it. That would definitely sell if you could get it. Good luck to all employees. I appreciate your dedication throughout the pandemic. Regards, Ed Harman

Went to martins at sunnyside today. Paid $20 for a beef roast to cook for dinner tonight. Got home and opened the package and the meat stunk very bad and had slime all over it. They have been known to mix old hamburger with new cause apparently they don't want to throw their meats away. This is the type of meats they sell. Will never go back in their store again

Shelves are always empty, you can never get seafood after 5pm during the week because they close for cleaning . Poor customer service and the delivery is very slow. I don't recommend this store. Bad experience everytime I've go there. Last will be the last time I shop there. I will spend my money somewhere else

Either train the kids you have working or don't hire them. Have a manager in the floor like other food stores do or close your doors

It would be a great place to shop for anyone who doesn't care about a friendly staff, fresh produce, correct items, customer service skills, or glares from employees, for having the audacity to ask where an item might be located. The horror! By all means, give them a try! Their total lack of comprehension on how a store servicing the public should operate, will leave you in stitches. No, seriously, after living all over this country, and in a few foreign ones, too, this is by far the worst I've seen. Congratulations on all of your...success?

The grocery store itself is very nice. It is very clean and they are very helpful. However, the pharmacy staff, especially the manager and one other employees in particular are EXTREMELY rude. They act like you are interrupting them when you come to the counter and and between the plexiglass and their masks you cannot hear them. When ask them to repeat themselves they get very rude about having to repeat themselves. We will not be returning to this pharmacy. There are other places that have better service and friendly people.

There are "grocery stores" and then there are amazing places that sell items one cannot find anywhere else. Such is the land known as Martin's. Local apple cider? Check. Turkey Hill ice cream? Check. Potato bread in all its various forms? Yep, check. The deli here is top notch, the sides rival your family reunion, and the level of customer service by the team is an example to many. I also find joy in how the signage is clear and the floors are shiny. It may seem like I hold a high bar for a place that sells groceries, but I hold a high bar any time I pass through a door. And while I may grumble at the fact they close at 10 pm, I cannot be upset at their focus to ensure team members are rested and ready for the next day. Though my visits to the area are seldom, each time I am near Martin's is always a stop.

I absolutely love the Martin's store on Pleasant Valley in Winchester; however, I am really frustrated that on the last two occasions when I've been in the store there are people who are NOT wearing facemasks. The sign on the window says they are required so why is that rule not enforced. It's as though the main office has required them but the local store is turning a blind eye to the enforcement. Customers deserve better.

Marty became my new best friend. Helpful staff and great products. Never seen a grocery store with a robot in it wearing a face mask and googly eyes roaming around to hunt down any messes, that was... unexpected to say the least.

This is a very bad time for sure but another thing is for sure and that is Customer Service will long be remembered when this virus is long gone and I myself will never shop at this store every again. I will drive to Northern Virginia or West Virginia to avoid shopping Martins. They try to make it appear it is a big benefit to shop on line and they debit your account like you are getting full grocery list when in reality I didn't even get half of what I ordered and I am having to wait days to release the funds in my account as they billed the full amount knowing they were not giving me the full amount. I order grocery's on Friday to pick up on Monday and the girl came out with only 3 bags and one of those bags was two gallons of water. NO MEAT NO TOILET TISSUE but they could not even pick up the phone to say they didn't have it ... I missed out on 3 days of shopping for food and items I needed that they lead me to believe I was getting. Poor Customer Service and then the girls brings it out NASTY and said well if we don't have it we can't get it and we are too busy to call you then I ask what is the name of the Manager on Duty she said their isn't one and I realized then what I was dealing with. Like I said this challenge we are living through is only temporary but my NEVER shopping at Martins again is forever.....
