Waiting area neat and clean. Franchise owner friendly, professional and quick. Good experience except for price. Muffler was $359 or about 3 times prices on internet. Muffler replacement took less than 2 hours but labor charge was over $550. Total bill $940.58 which is about double what it should have been. I would have gone to my regular mechanic but did not want to wait for a appointment so Ipaid a premium to have my Muffler replaced immediately. Good experience with service but at a inflated price.

The manager Oz was pleasant, respectful, and helpful. My car problem was diagnosed, and I was on my way feeling happy for the encounter. It was my first visit, but I will return.
So I returned to have my door window motor replaced, and it was done very well. I don't have to fear rain falling in the car or being hot in the upcoming summer. I was happy it was done efficiently in very little time while I waited in their comfortable and spacious waiting room. I will be back! ?
