I’m standing here looking at my car like I still can’t believe this beauty’s all mine!! First things first I just want to give a huuuge THANK YOU to Frank and his team!! I went to 2 other dealerships before this one and their offers were ridiculous and way out of my budget but CMA Honda made it possible for me to get the brand new car I wanted, all while staying within my budget! They even made special accommodations for me - my situation was a little complicated but they found a way around it and solidified my deal. I highly recommend this dealership everyone, and when you get there don’t forget to ask for Frank! You’ll be in great hands trust me!!

Before I walked into the showroom I was greeted at the door. We were assigned to work with Stephen Fox. He was very professional yet personable, explained everything in detail, answered all our questions and concerns. It took a while to get the car we wanted because of the color but Steve kept us informed every step of the way about when we might get it. We finally did. Everyone we worked with to complete the sale of the car was excellent. They made our experience at the Honda dealership a memorable one. We will definitely refer other people to them. Thank you again and because of the way we were treated i have made a friend with Steve.

Buying my new 2024 Honda Hybrid Sport model was the most enjoyable car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was fortunate enough to end up being taken care of by Wayne Barr. Everything, from the first phone call I made, until I drove the car off the lot, was an enjoyable experience. Thank you Wayne for your excellent customer service. I appreciate the many phone calls you made to keep me in the loop as I waited for my car to be delivered. I appreciate the extra time taken to make sure I understood how everything worked on my new car. I don’t buy a new car very often (it’s why we like to buy Honda) but your great customer service made this experience very memorable!

I purched this car from Honda used and had the absolute worst customer service I could ever dream of. The sale was not smooth they hardly wanted to work on the price of the car either. The salesman took my key home and we waited for 2 hours for him to bring it back and then to top it all off we were owed a full detail and only got a plain car wash and general wipe out of the interior ITS STILL DIRTY AND HAS TREE SAP ON THE PAINT. I would never recommend this company if you are expecting top notch service in a dealership they operate as if they are a private used car lot buisness.

This dealership was very clean and the staff were nice. The sales manager and Scott worked with me fairly on financial numbers and fairness of the vehicle. The atmosphere was friendly and I’m glad I made my purchase there :)

Travis Riggs, David Toler, and Manny (last name unknown) were very helpful, treated me and my wife as if we were family members. Steve, our salesman, did an excellent job from our first phone call at 7:55 pm, just before closing! Everyone at the dealership was friendly! We went to look at a car but ended up driving it home! We had a great experience. Thanks for helping us find a great car!

So disappointing when you purchase a brand new vehicle and warranty thinking you will be covered. I have had nothing but big problems with the service department. I keep hoping with feedback something would improve, but it has not. I am not one to write reviews or reach out to managers.I am a reasonable human who believes in grace and imperfections but when mistakes are made and one liners are used like we will have to look into it.. ahh you mean the mirror on my new vehicle that worked when I came in here and now that you replaced the side mirrors due to a recall it no longer functions? Oh I can tell you what happened and I’m not a mechanic.I guess businesses do not accept responsibility or apologize anymore - those are things of the past?Now third trip in for airbag light to be fixed, this trip, the vehicle has been in for 2 weeks and now there is MORE problems than when I dropped it off! Where is the restitution in these instances? Having a brand new car does not save money on repairsHow severely disappointing
