The rudeness of the man on shift today. The nasty attitude and absolutely no manners whatsoever says a lot in this days, I recommend to this guy of Murphy gas station on Pleasant Valley Rd get a hell out of the retail business, you do have any respect and kindness for the customers, the ones paying for your salary. Murphy’s you guys just lost a customer, I’ll never come back, there is plenty to chose in Winchester Va.

The rudeness of the man on shift today I guess a manager. To yell and cut both of us off and state you don't take split payments for gas. The nasty attitude you have as a management position of some kind is purely reflecting on Murphys as a whole. Not even a reason given all other stores that sale gas do split payments. My question why this Murphys what in your policy dictates that? If you scream at someone especially a customer give a reason way I see it you were being plain out lazy and hate the extra work. Your boss you signed up for it.Word of advice go down to sheetz this place is a joke and a stain on the Murphy company name.

Great customer service and competitive prices. It is conveniently located in the Wal-Mart parking lot, making it a convenient stop for a quick fill-up.Highly recommended!

You need to hire people who are willing to put up with a lot foolishness, are thick skinned and pretty much willing to work a thankless job with no reward Also customer's who are rude, gambling addicts who are quite rude and adults who are not potty trained by the state of the restroom any given time or day of the week

An unpleasant experience all around.I wanted coffee which tasted like I would imagine old gym socks would.There was sugar and coffee spilled on the counter as well as the floor.The bathroom horrendous. Sticky floors and a mess left behind by someone who apparently had a problem with incontinence.

I stopped for a cold water and gum, and the BATHROOM. I went to the bathroom turned and walked out, it was so nasty! The store itself is ok but that bathroom? Anyway got my water an gum. Went to checkout, NOBODY THERE! Waited a few minutes, nobody came, so I left my stuff there with a penny, an started to walk out. I heard a shout, you need something? I told him NOPE not now but I did about 5 minutes ago, laughed and walked out. No time to waste, STILL NEEDED THAT BATHROOM

A very great experience here. Amazing and friendly staff, very clean bathrooms, and very very good hot chocolate. Staff was very helpful, they helped me get the app so that I can get more rewards. Definitely worth a stop in just to say hi.
