Drive-through took almost 30 minutes when I asked the teller if they could speed up the process because my son was feeling sick and had a situation in the car.. the answer I got was “You have 3 people ahead of you“ Really Navy Federal?! How about I’m sorry to hear that I will do my best to speed up the process but just wanted to let you know that they are a few customers ahead of you…sounded better right..?!All I’m saying is what a lack of empathy not to mention the poor customer service (the teller was a lady with black hair, glasses maybe, she looked Hispanic) anyway I expect a little more from Navy Federal customer service…

Overall I like Navy FCU, this branch however is ridiculously small. 0 privacy if you need to discuss something personal, you’ll feel,like you’re giving a presentation to the ppl you’re standing shoulder to shoulder with.

Went in to open an account and was met with blatant hostility. My fiancé and I went in to open an account for me, he already had an account, and the staff at the door checking people in were incredibly rude. After having wanted a NFCU account for some time I am taken aback and will be rethinking my banking decision.

October 6th I want to this branch to met by an associate who was very rude about how i interrupted her eating her m&ms. She also did nothing to help me she only cared about her candy this is an associate that should not have been hired. She exhibits terrible customer service and I would know I work in retail!! Terrible brach because of her

I just had the BEST customer service experience with Steven in the Navy Federal Mortgage Loan Department of the call center. Steven was patient, professional, and kind as he helped me through the HELOC application process. I am so grateful to Steven for empowering me with knowledge throughout the process. Unfortunately my survey call got disconnected so I want to make sure he receives the recognition he deserves.

Not all the employees but some are condescending and rude. It's not even the tellers it's the people at the door asking what you need as you come in, as if to grant permission for you to cash a check. The dirty blond one with the LV bag was exceptionally smug.

I have been a member of NFCU since 1980. I have been a customer with barely 2 Pennie's to rub together, one whose credit was maxed out, and one with financial security. NFCU WAS SIDE by side with me the entire time. I have overdrawn my checking account, purchased a 60,000.00 SUV and taken out a 20k signature loan without ever leaving my home. And I was treated the same regardless of my balances (Or lack there of!). Hands down the most professional and courteous staff I have ever dealt with. They are with me wherever I go. If you are not a member of Navy Fed, I am sad for you!
