Once Upon a Child is truly a gem! I’ve been shopping here for almost 4 years, and it’s my go-to place for both buying and selling. I’ve sold so many of my babies’ outgrown clothes and toys, and the process is always smooth and convenient. It’s my FAVORITE place to shop for my babies for both clothing and toys– the prices are unbeatable and the selection is impressively wide. I’ve tried similar stores like Kid to Kid, but Once Upon a Child consistently offers better deals, friendlier service, and an overall better experience! Highly recommend! 🤍

This place has everything you need for babies and children, what a huge selection of clothes. They also have strollers, books, toys, high chairs, etc. The store and restrooms were clean. The prices were very reasonable.

As a grandparent, I can’t say enough good things about Once Upon a Child right here in Winchester. The store is always so clean, organized, and welcoming. They have a wonderful selection in every size from tiny baby clothes to big kid outfits, plus plenty of toys, books, and shoes in great condition.
It’s easy to get in and out of, with lots of parking and good hours that make it convenient to stop by whenever I’m in town. The staff is always friendly, patient, and happy to help, which makes every visit such a pleasant experience.
I’ve found so many adorable things for my grandkids here. It’s my favorite place to shop for the little ones! Highly recommend to all parents and grandparents!

I love this place! The stock is always rotating. Check in every few days if you are looking for a particular item. They are very picky about what they will buy for resale but what they do have is top notch! The staff are all very friendly. I really like the way they have the clothing separated by girls/boys and by size, it makes finding clothing so much easier.

They took halves of Toys and clothing sets that were folded together and now I can’t do anything with the other halves it would be nice if they would take the whole sets

This is a huge store, which is very clean and orderly and kid friendly. It’s a consignment store, which means that you can bring children’s clothes and items to sell. The staff is very helpful and the merchandise is plentiful.

I absolutely love Once Upon A Child and the staff. From the moment I walked in, the pleasant smell, welcoming staff and organization was excellent and kept me coming back. I am a FOREVER customer.

Selling to to this chain as a joke I took in brand new never been open $80 Minnie mouse set ball pit two bags of balls, octagon gate a brand new infant life jacket never been used and they minimum $38 and I bet you I can go in there tomorrow and they’ll have everything priced at top dollar trying to resell so they are making a big profit and a lot of their stuff Walmart brands and everything else are overpriced that would you buy them at the actual store?

I brought in a some things to sell. When I came to pick them up they only took a few shoes, a chair and two Land of Nod stacking cubbies that sell for around $250 each but they sold them for $20 each. If I had known they'd undervalue them so badly I wouldn't have brought them in. The rest of the stuff they said they don't take but they definitely didn't touch a lot of the stuff. Bags of baby toys were unopened and a bag of boys clothes also hadn't been looked at. They almost didn't give me some of it back because they didn't realize it was mine I guess, I had to ask them to bring it to me. But a lot of the shoes they said they didn't take were ones I had bought there and were never used by my daughter. So clearly not what was actually going on. I most definitely won't be bringing anything else in to sell. Really felt like a waste of time. It's super disappointing, I've been shopping there for years and loved it but now I just have a bad taste in my mouth and don't want to go back even to shop.

Glad my friends told me about this place. We are expecting twins and we were able to find a lot of clothes for newborns rhat look like they were worn maybe 1 or 2 times, and a bunch new with tags. Very well organized and definitely going to be our go to while the twins grow

I love when I can get a good deal on clothing and the prices are fair, but sometimes they sell items new with tags for a higher price than the original cost. I've seen this happening more frequently within the last year, so just be mindful of checking tags.
