I’m very disappointed with the way this turned out. I wanted shot glasses made for my employees with our company logo on one side, and wording on the other. I stated it many times exactly what I wanted, and how I wanted it. I wanted the images and wording ink-printed onto the glass. I was never told that they would just be stickers. I paid for the shot glasses myself and still paid over $100 for 12 shot glasses to get stickers on them. I could’ve done this job myself for $15 in 25 minutes. 2 stars for the nice employees, but I am out $100+ with a product I’m embarrassed to give my employees. This sucks. I wish they would’ve told me that it would just be stickers!! Very disappointed.

I love Personalize It. Glen went above and beyond to have my basketball medals here on the next day. I originally ordered from Amazon and was promised next day delivery and that did not happen. Glen saved the day! He is knowledgeable and has a great sense of design. My first time using this service. Needed to have brass inserts engraved for my grandkids bo staffs. Work was done ahead of estimated time and done well. While not inexpensive, it was done as we had discussed and without mistakes. This should give my grandkids one of a kind bo staffs. Need some engraving done - give them a try, you'll be glad you did.

Got a very nice magnetic name tag with them for work. It was pricey but worth it.
