The dog grooming service there is terrible and expensive, which is why I stopped taking my Toy Poodles there. The last time they left the dog's private part all hurt.

I bought two small pet doors to use in a sunroom. I first did a search online for the store, and it showed they had the product in stock. I would recommend this Petsmart.

I called with questions about an item to be delivered and spoke with Wayne. He was tremendously helpful, courteous, and offered good suggestions. He spent 21 minutes on the phone with me, this type of customer service is truly exceptional and he should be commended for it!

It's a cute little store with a lot of pet supplies. They had some really cute clothing options for dogs, such as hats. That you don't see everywhere. We want to come back for those!Our only complaint (and the reason we are rating this place 4 Stars instead of 5) is because we feel like the fish tanks could've been in better condition when we visited and we saw Beta fish that were in dirty water and they were put on sale instead of the water being changed. But they had the most beautiful beta fish compared to the other store we visited. So if you're looking for one, go check them out.P.S We would also like to note that we didn't see any dead fish.We still had a good time stopping by and it's worth stopping by if you're looking for petsupplies. ?Love from Kelsey ?? and Lydia ??
