“I had an issue with a mobile deposit I had made. It was my first time using it and I received an email staying the funds would be available the next business day. When I checked the next day I was told they would not be available for 8 days! I called my local branch and was told to come in. Matt the manager and Lauren Custer greeted me and took me into the office. Within minutes they resolved my issue and my funds were available immediately. The customer service here is second to none.
