DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY *STOLE* OVER $50,000 WORTH OF MY PROPERTY AND PRECIOUS FAMILY MEMORIES WITH *NO* ANSWERS FOR IT, THEY ARE AN ORGANIZED CRIME SYNDICATE. ABSOLUTE ***NIGHTMARE*** THAT IVE EXPERIENCED, I DONT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO EXPERIENCE THIS TRAGEDY, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNLESS YOU DONT MIND THE RISK OF SLEAZY COMPANY EMPLOYEES GOING ON A SHOPPING SPREE FROM YOUR PODS BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS.. I LOST ANTIQUES THAT WERE HUNDREDS OF YEARS OLD, I LOST TVS, I LOST COLLECTIBLES, I LOST TOYS AND BABY CLOTHES THAT BELONGED TO MY KIDS… COUNTLESS ITEMS THAT I CAN *NEVER* REPLACE.. THEY EVEN STOLE ALL MY CHRISTMAS STUFF BEFORE CHRISTMAS… I AM MAKING VIDEOS AND SUEING THIS COMPANY (HOPEFULLY OUT OF BUSINESS) BUT THE EMOTIONAL SCARRING THEY HAVE LEFT ON MY FAMILY IS TRULY ATROCIOUS… AND WILL BE FELT FOR MANY YEARS.. THE LEAST I CAN DO IS WARN OTHERS OF THE CRIMINAL LEVEL ACTIVITIES OF THIS COMPANY. PLEASE NEVER USE PODS, LET THIS SERVE AS A WARNING. THEY LEFT US WITH AMOST HALF OF OUR STUFF GONE BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS MOVING INTO OUR NEW HOME… IMAGINE HALF YOUR ITEMS GONE WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR PODS MOVING TO YOUR NEW HOME… TRULY HORRIFIC… NOW INSTEAD OF ENJOYING MY CHRISTMAS IM ON ENDLESS PHONE CALLS WITH LAWYERS AND ENDLESS PAPERWORK AND PHONE CALLS WITH THIS TRULY HORRIFIC TRASH COMPANY GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND… ENDLESS NEVER ENDING STRESS… NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO STILL BE IN BUSINESS WITH THIS LEVEL OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY HAPPENING WITHIN THEIR COMPANY… TRUE HORROR STORY…

Absolutely thrilled with my PODS moving experience! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The customer service team was incredibly helpful and responsive to all my questions. When the drivers delivered my container, they placed it exactly where I needed it and even turned it around to make loading easier for me - talk about going the extra mile!
I researched several container companies before choosing PODS, and they were not only the most cost-effective option but also offered the most flexibility. I loved being able to take my time packing and loading at my own pace. The container itself was sturdy with its steel frame construction, and I felt confident my belongings were secure during transport.
The pickup and delivery were both on time and handled professionally. What impressed me most was how seamless the entire process was - from scheduling online to the final container pickup. The convenience of having my belongings transported directly to my new home without having to drive a rental truck myself was priceless.
I've already recommended PODS to several friends who are planning moves. For anyone looking for a flexible, reliable moving solution that won't break the bank, PODS is definitely the way to go!

The pod was delivered when we requested for a price we agreed to. It was a major help while we did some home remodeling. It was picked up quickly when we were finished.

Great customer service and drivers were very helpful and courteous. PODS made my out of state move worry-free and cost was reasonable. I would recommend PODS for moving without hesitation.

Highly recommend. No stress no worries... PODS to the rescue! This saved me time and money. A 30 day rental to pack, store, ship and unload was plenty of time and very convenient.

Great experience. Reliable and consistent communication throughout the entire move. We did all the packing, loading and unloading and it was a lot of work. For future moves it would be good to utilize help from Pod recommended businesses. Overall we would highly recommend POD as a very reliable company.

They delivered on time, moved it to the new location and picked it up on time. I received texts and emails at least 3 days before so I could make changes with out incurring fees and it was all contactless.

Great timing for delivery,pick-up,redelivery and final pickup.make sure that the Pod door and slide lock are tested and verified for good operation.
