Zero stars, temporarily lost our container for a week, lots of run around and lying to me, told I would be compensated for my situation, 16 months later I STILL can't get compensation and customer advocate NEVER returns my calls or emails. First and last time using PODS. Neglectful, uncaring big company.

Unclear on dates an times of pick-up/delivery of PODS container. Customer service reps I spoke to could not solve the issue. Asked for a manager, and the manager pretty much did nothing to resolve the issue. All persons I spoke to just apologized that the previous person didn't explain dates and times of delivery and pick-up. Poor customer service. On top of that, my date was changed and was charged a full additional month for 5 days after the billing cycle. PODS didn't pro rate the month, just took the full months payment. SMH

Great actual service, but horrible customer service experience. We were baited and switched and ended up being charged double what were originally quoted. We were misled to believe that a change order would only apply to any new mileage. We have been fighting with PODS for over a month to get this rectified with little to no response from them. Save the headache and pay pros to load up a UHAUL and drive your stuff yourself. It's not worth it.

Very hard to get in touch with anyone when you have an issue with the unit. Received the unit on a Saturday, went to place items in the unit on Sunday, and noticed there were roaches in the unit. Immediately reached out to pods via email no response. Needless to say, hired an attorney who sent two letters to them, both came back undeliverable, sent a fax with no resolution as well. Called the company again, finally someone forwarded my information and said they do not have an address for legal correspondences, but someone will reach out to me. Received an email inquiring about my situation about two days later. I've responded to the email with photos, but still no corrections or resolutions have been made. Had the unit for two months and was not able to use the unit. Very upsetting!

Did not give accurate measurements of PODS inside/out so had to cancel and find another provider--don't think the sales team has ever seen a PODS container!

Pods deliver to my house in Virginia and picked up and move to Houston, Texas. It was there longer, due to me falling and breaking my leg. Everything was in good conditions. Called Pods when it was time to be deliever to my new house in Spring, TX. They were there on time. They were on about 6 miles down the road from my new location.Thanks again.D. Crossfield

he Initial Customer Service and the Driver who delivered the pods were excellent, hence the two stars because it went south from there.No blankets were sent with pods that I ordered. Driver knew nothing about them I showed him them listed on order. The Customer Service I spoke with after that was rude could care less that I needed blankets and offered no solution.When I tried to at least find out the day before the pick up if i would be AM or PM the customer service person was again rude border line unprofessional and not helpful in any way. Very condescending and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold for over 30 minutes until I finally Hung up, which I guess was the goal. They will not get any business from me ever again.

PODS has made our moving experience very easy. We moved across the country and they have kept me posted every step of the way. It was easy to schedule. Also, the drivers that picked up our two PODS have been nice & friendly.
