went to take my cars wheel/tire in to get it patched due to a puncture. unfortunately the wheel was scratched and dinged up during the fix. they were quick with a response to fix the issue for me. great customer service.

We broke down on our recent vacation and needed a tire repaired on our camper. After several phone calls we were directed to Rice Tire. This is a class A company!!! From Stephen at the desk to the guys in the shop. They managed to get us in and repaired and back on the road in an incredibly short time. We would highly recommend them!!! Well considering how the day started out the people at Rice were very nice. I was from out of state trying to get back to Texas. I was on my 3rd rental car just came from getting coffee and got a flat tire that could not be fixed. It was just my dog and me. The tow truck driver couldn’t change my tire because the rental car didn’t have the correct equipment to get the tire out of the slot in the rental car so he had to load the mini van and my little dog up on the truck and find us a place to get a new tire at 7:30 in the morning. He drove us around until he found one. What a sweet man from a AAA towing. Then the Rice Tires welcomed my dog and me in so my dog wouldn’t freeze. Poor Azure was so confused but she was loving the attention. We were there about an hour I would say. They put a new tire on the van and we were on our way to our next break down I’m sure lol. Good people!!

Had a 3:00 appointment for alignment and rotation. I showed up at 2:45, briefly spoke with the guy at the counter and told him the keys were in the car. I sat in the waiting area until 3:30. My car never moved from where I parked it, and no one ever acknowledged that I was there. I just walked out at 3:30. Might have been different if someone explained they were running behind or short staffed.
