Overall I would give them 3 stars. Fast state inspections and they do not fail you for trivial things. On the other hand I took my car to them to verify a tire balance I had got somewhere else. They did confirm my wheel was bent but when balancing my wheels again, they double stacked the wheel weights. I was reading the factory service manual the other day and it said to never do this. I work on cars and know some things, but a mechanic should know this and the machine they are using. Even after getting a new rim, my car has a little vibration at speed and it could be from doing the work incorrectly. I think I will go to a shop that does Road Force Elite balancing and has a tech who is experienced in doing those, because sometimes you have to reseat the tire and not just slap weights on them. Definitely, dont double stack them either.

We live out of state (n.c) and had to have
my auto repaired, oil cooler, $800+. the parts were defective and we had to have it repaired by my mechanic. $900+. When I tried to get them to see what they could do for me as far as reimbursement they said I was out of luck and I had to eat defective part and all labor.

This place is phenomenal! Customer service is a 10+. My car broke down on the highway and I had it towed to their garage. They not only fixed it but I was able to leave it on their lot for 2 weeks until I was able to get it (I live in North Carolina) . I had contacted a car carrier broker and they sent someone to pick it up. Ridgeway Auto Center protected my vehicle and refused to let them take it because of all the red flags that the driver was sending up. For that I am very thankful. Thank you Ridgeway Auto for everything you did, and a special thank you to Adam and Charlie and any mechanics that fixed my car. All of you provided the best customer service and services that I have seen in many years. If I lived in the Winchester area you would definitely be my choice for a garage.

I had work done with 2 different garages in Sterling and Leesburg for steering and suspension issues. Within months of each repair, certain issues came back with a vengeance. Both times, Ridgeway was able to get me in quickly & actually fix the problems correctly.
Adam is great, communicative and as accommodating as possible. He helped me schedule the repairs so that it didn't interfere with home & work life.
These guys are fast, have excellent rates, and get the work done RIGHT while offering guarantees/warranties so that even if something uncharacteristic and unforeseeable happens you're still covered.
There is no other place I'd rather take my vehicle for repairs.

No more business with Ridgeway Auto. I thought they were genuine and educated enough to handle my cars. NOTE: This was my 2nd time service with them on 1 of my car out of 5. First one was just an oil change and tire alignment.
My HUB CAP on the rim was broken but i thought it was my RIM thats broken and needs replacement. Guy(Adam i believe his name is) at Ridgeway Auto checked and said YES entire rim needs to be changed which will cost 200$+ each RIM including labor. Maybe he is not educated enough to work on tires. But when the car went to garage and the mechanic checked they would have definitely known for sure being in this business for long enough.
I later went to Discount Tires to change the RIM on my car as they had the part and they were genuine enough to say that it was just the HUB CAP thats broken and not the actual rim as you can see in attached image.
Good thing is i was lucky not to get this fixed from Ridgeway Auto where my total bill was estimated to be 350$+ as the RIM is expensive and difficult to get as per the guy on counter.
BE AWARE of Ridgeway Auto Scam!!!!!!!

Just want to give a huge shoutout to Adam and the Ridgeway Mechanics. I brought my car in all banged up and they were very professional and clear on what needed to be done and got it all done within 24hrs. Car is running better than when I first bought it! Can’t thank them enough, highly recommend this place if you need your car fixed up!

Had Dwayne just save me off 37 north. Pretty sure my water pump took a dive. Took my baby all the way home and even got her in the parking spot! Very nice gentleman and was so kind

After a breakdown on I85 near Winchester VA, AAA towed our vehicle to Ridgeway Auto Center at closing on a Thursday afternoon. We were told they would contact us in the morning. We received a call about 9:30 with an estimate and possible time frame. We were back on the road at 1:30 Friday. Everyone was friendly and polite. If I lived nearby, they would definitely be my go to repair shop.

My wife and I were on a trip to see our nephew and son graduate college. We just got lunch and filled up. We were back on I81 with 3 hrs to go. We were about 5 1/2 hrs from home. It was pushing 15:30. The engine light on my dash started flashing as we hit the Virginia state line. I pulled off into the first rest stop. We called AAA. AAA had our vehicle towed to Ridgeway auto in Winchester. They were closing as we got there. They quickly took my contact info and said they would contact me in the morning. They called about 8am and asked what happened with the vehicle. I told them. They had it fixed the same day and was cheaper than I expected. They were quick, courteous and professional. Thank you!
