Stored our 36' motorcoach there for 5 years. Good RV storage option. Easy access from I-81. Good-sized spaces for even large RVs. Fenced storage lot with electronic gate access. Recently enhanced security with new lighting and video surveillance. Access roads recently re-paved. Management continues to provide good maintenance and upgrades to the facility. Site manager, Elizabeth, is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Decorates entrance area nicely for every season. All in all, a good choice in the Winchester area.

I highly recommend, Elisabeth is wonderful. She helped my wife and I store our RV when we found out she was going to be active duty in Greece with the Army. Elisabeth goes out of her way to help military personal and their families. I highly recommend their RV storage facilities, very secure, well lighted, and well maintained. 5 stars for sure

We kept our Class A motorhome here a couple years until thieves cut the fence and stole catalytic converters from mine and several other motorhomes. I was subsequently told this was not the first incident at this location. Apparently the owner of Shenandoah Storage Connection didn't feel the need or responsibility to place security cameras or any other security measures in the RV lot to protect the assets of paying customers. Needless to say, after spending thousands of dollars to replace our catalytic converter we moved our RV 100 miles away to a much more secure facility for the same monthly price. DO NOT store your motorhome at this facility.

I recently moved to the Winchester, VA area. A contact highly recommended Shenandoah Storage Connection. Prior to the move we wanted to bring as much as we could in terms of house hold effects to a local storage locker. We ended up making many trips up and back during the house building process and brought a load of boxes each time. This reduced the cost we eventually had to pay movers, and was an easy way to have essential house hold items available as soon as we moved to the area. We were coming from almost 100 miles away so this was just very helpful.Elizabeth was great. Her storage rates were reasonable and as a bonus I even stored one of our cars at the facility. Every step of the way Elizabeth was just wonderfully helpful. Access to our storage was easy but the facility also has very good security. After we moved it was just really handy to have pre-positioned our must-have possessions for an easier move to our new home. I highly recommend Elizabeth and her company for your long and short term storage needs.

I am storing my things here for the summer, and I could not be more pleased with everything. Elizabeth is wonderful! She is very kind and was able to answer all my questions/concerns. The location is very secure and safe. I would definitely recommend using them for your storage needs.

Stored our Travel Trailer here for over a year. Easy to get it in and out. Big parking space and a very clean lot. Great place. We had to move since we moved further away.

Stored my RV at Shenandoah Storage for two months in December and January. I was very pleased with the secure and safe location that was provided. Elizabeth was an absolute pleasure to deal with in answering my many questions and changes to my reservation. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs. I will definitely use them again next year for my mid winter RV storage.

Ms. Elizabeth is wonderful! She took care of everything we needed and was super friendly! She always responded quickly with any questions we had. Also, the storage units were well taken care of, clean, and affordable. I would definitely recommend this storage facility and working with Ms. Elizabeth!!

The owners/management were so awesome -- very accommodating to us on our RV spot -- and truly kind, sweet people overall!!! The storage facility is clean, well kept, secure, well lit, and roomy for parking your RV. We felt safe leaving our RV and never had any issues. We sold our RV so no longer require storage, but we wanted to give a big THANK YOU to Shenandoah Storage!
