A coworker has had nothing but praise for this company. I've done my own taxes since 1993, but thought I would try a preparer this year. On March 26th, I emailed them to inquire whether they could still do my 2022 taxes. They replied that they would be happy to, so I submitted my paperwork to them, beginning on 4/4. On 4/14, I received a question from them, which I answered, then no other communication until 4/19 when I inquired whether they had received my previous response. No reply. I emailed, again, on 4/24, and asked for an update. Virginia responded and told me that Barb was out, sick, that day, but my taxes were nearly done and Barb would review and then they would call us. On 5/5, I left a voicemail, and on 5/8, I sent a Facebook message. Just a moment ago, I sent another email. Looks like I'll be doing my own taxes, again, this year - and now they're late. Can't recommend at this time. I will update if I hear from them.

Barbara took the time to meet with me even though I didn't have an appointment for that time. She straightened out my 2019 federal and state taxes after another tax service had messed them all up. She then didn't charge me enough for her services, even though her workplace had been severely impacted by the covid pandemic. Can't say enough here to thank Singhas Tax Service for helping me with my tax situation. Kudos, Barbara!
