I got my account about maybe 3 months ago and I've been having problems with T-Mobile for months now since I've gotten it. First it was the change of pricing every month, now it's they changed my plan to where I don't get the free Netflix. There's nothing really good on Netflix anyways so really not a big thing but it is a big thing because they do one thing they say one thing and then every single month I have to go back in there and ask why isn't this working why isn't that working why is my bill High Why is my bill High I'm done I'm tired I think I will try to find another company I left Boost Mobile because they were getting ridiculous now T-Mobile's getting ridiculous. And honestly I'm tired of being told I have to come into the store to get help I'm disabled and I don't really like being told I have to go into the store every time I have a problem I'm done
